The food was delicious as usual. Waited a long time for a table, but it was worth it. My only complaint was that my table was too close to my neighbor

Good service and standard food. It was not very busy when I got there, which was a nice surprise.

Just find it weird that it takes forever for staff to greet you. Once they do you'll get your food but the little extra check in on you .... I guess the coffee caraf and water caraf is there.

For starters, checking online is definitely pointless. We checked in, and it stated 30 to 45 minutes for our table. We waited, waiting for our notification. After an hour of waiting, we went inside, and we were told we needed to check in again. Wait! What?! I let them know we had already checked in online, and it stated 30 to 45 minute wait. The host didn't make any sense as she stated that we still need to check in with them in person, and THEN our tables will be reserved. Hold up, I'm confused. Isn't it the whole point of checking in online to get the table reserved? Apparently, not as she says that we need to come in and check in to get tables reserved.
She continues by saying the system doesn't recognize if people came in before or after me, even if I already reserved online. Ok, this doesn't explain anything but creates more questions. She tried many different ways to explain how "their system can be confusing and it may not make sense." That's the only thing I understood, and nothing was done, but "you have to wait."
We've been here numerous times, and sometimes things happen, but if their system is an issue and makes things worse and staff doesn't know and doesn't care, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Food was not what I expected. Austin locations takes the win from San Antonio. Not good at all. Very disappointed.

Terrible!! First time and the last!! The cinnamon bun was hard as a rock, uneatable. My omelet was rubbery, potatoes raw and cold, toast cold. Same for my husband. Hostess not helpful to couple with wheelchair. Shameful!! Better management needed.
