Just find it weird that it takes forever for staff to greet you. Once they do you'll get your food but the little extra check in on you .... I guess the coffee caraf and water caraf is there.
We have visited this chain a few times and have always had a really good experience. The staff has always been friendly and attentive even when they are slammed. The menu has plenty of great choices and I love the way they bring you extra coffee and water. The food is always hit, fresh, and delicious. The biggest detractor is the wait. We have used their website check in service but it really didn't seem to speed up the process because the website will tell you 20 mins...
