The burger I ordered was smaller than expected & began to fall apart halfway through eating. The fries were generous & seasoned well. Free refills made this meal satisfying overall. Highly recommended

It’s not 100 five guys fault but I had my food delivered on uber bc of a free burger (just a tad cheaper then it would have been in store) but when I got it the fries were not exactly fresh enough (again not their fault ) but it kinda just tasted like mushy potatoes and the burger didn’t rrly taste like anything. Like where’s the seasoning lol. I would never spend so much on a meal here but it did disappoint me though. First time having five guys, maybe the last time to. (It was a few days I ordered)

If you want fresh food…. This is the place. The hamburgers are made to order. The fries are plentiful and delicious. The bag was filled with extra fries. The drinks are dispensed by machine with lots of choices. The staff provided excellent customer service. The restaurant was very clean. And yes! Free peanuts! I know it’s for all customers but I enjoyed the experience that only Five Guys burger and fries can provide. Thanks for a wonderful late lunch. Many blessings to the restaurant and crew.

They never disappoint. Workers always in a good mood.
I won’t be returning to this chain. The customer service was terrible. Four employees were working, but none acknowledged me during the seven minutes I waited for my already-prepared food. They didn’t greet me or check if I needed help. I get that a lunch rush can be hectic, but the place was empty. The high prices certainly aren’t justified by the service I experienced.

Today was my family‘s day out to eat and we all decided to get five guys. To be honest, I haven’t had five guys in maybe over a year so I was really looking forward to this meal. We placed the order online, drove less than 10 minutes to pick it up, our fault was not making sure that our order was made correctly before leaving the store. When we got home, we opened our burgers, very excited, just to see that none of the toppings that we ordered were correct on our burgers. Very disappointing.
