Yesterday, after many years, I finally returned to this place, and it left me very disappointed. I ordered a bacon hamburger, regular fries, and a large drink, which totaled around $25—ridiculous. Sadly, this place has declined significantly, yet the prices have skyrocketed. The bacon burger was a huge disappointment—the patties were too thin, the bacon consisted of just a few pieces (not strips of bacon), the fries were cold and overly salted, and the Dr. Pepper was overly carbonated. I should have gone to Wendy's and gotten the Baconator for half the price and far superior food quality. I’m never eating at FIVE GUYS again.

food is overpriced. The burger buns were cold. The facility was dirty. Bathroom for women had water leaking over the floor. There was what appeared to be 4 homeless people or petty thiefs, one taking off clothes by the soda fountain and scratching all parts of his body, a woman in rags holding the door, 2 more stopping cars pulling in or out and management ignored it all. For 3 people, only water, no desert, $50 for lunch without tip, you could surely do much better.
Good burger spot

Normally very good. This past weekend, it was not as good as normal. Buns were kind of stale tasting, and burgers were not nearly as good as normal. Not seasoned at all, not juicey, just kind of, ehhh, ok. Fries are always great! But in the workers' defense, there were about 10 upper management looking individuals there all in 5 guys attire taking up 3 tables and literally hovering around. I had 5 of them standing up directly behind me the entire time. They were very annoying when we were trying to enjoy each other's company. In my opinion, they should have been in the back tables away from customers picking the food apart. Not taking up tables during a decently busy time.

The most overpriced cheeseburger I've ever had but it was good I guess. Not cool asking for a tip at a counter service restaurant when the bill for 1 burger, 1 Jr burger, 2 small drinks, and 1 small fries is about $40...
Pay your employees better and don't guilt trip customers for tips

Burger was a little cold, and didn’t have its normal taste. Might have been an off night. Food is also overpriced, I’d rather go to a mom and pop burger joint and spend less money there.
