Food is good, you just have to make sure if you get a large fry for $9.00 they put that extra scoop of frys in the bag. Went back in 2 weeks and they tried to just put the cup in the bag. And when confronted they say its going to take 5 minutes to make more. For 9.00 ok make more... other than that its good burgers.

Five Guys is a chain and its a good burger for a chain restaurant in San Antonio but not great. You can do a lot worse. I like this place however it is crazy expensive compared to almost every other burger place in SA. $25 for a burger, fries and a drink? If you don’t mind overpriced burgers check them out.

Good food but, The staff at this restaurant is totally hostile and with very little education, I will not return to this place, especially the girl in the afternoons, I wouldn't be surprised to find hair in the food since she carries it all badly combed and loose.

Had an online order for a cheese burger with mustard, lettuce, pickles, and tomato. Received a plain cheeseburger with mustard. Also ordered cajun fries. Got plain fries in my bag. Tried to call the restaurant to sort out the mistake but they didn’t answer. This place is too expensive to not actually receive the food that you ordered. Rather disappointed.

I am a burger girl, and this is my favorite!!I just wish it wasn't so dang expensive.$20+ for one burger, fries and a drink is not affordable on a regular basis.My go-to: lettuce wrap with bacon, cheese and the fixin's. Its messy and fun to eat AND tasty!The staff at this location were super friendly as well.
