Walked in at 9:43 and they said they were closed and cleaning and wouldn’t serve me. The white kid with long hair had a very dead look in his eyes tbh. Feel bad for him he looked miserable. But now he made me more miserable..

Sorry, walked out after hearing that a cheesburger with small fries and small drink was going to be $21.30. Makes sense why there was no waiting in line or for a table. This kind of craziness is why you see so many restaurants going out of business.

Customer service was really excellent. These guys were working hard and had great attitudes.

Five Guys at this location is great! It's my go-to San Antonio location. Burgers are cooked perfectly.

I'm handicapped and so I don't get out much when my birthday came around my friend asked me what did I want and I said a 5 guys hamburger and French fries, I have no idea what went wrong but after I ate the food it made me throw app and so I called the manager and he said that he did not want to help meI guess they don't like handicapped people, I don't know but I will never eat there again.

I can’t go anywhere else for a burger because this place does it the best. I’ve had a LOT of burgers and I can say now this is far beyond that of a just a “burger”. Hwy 281 does a better job than most places in the area in my opinion.

The young man taking the orders should be mindful of people's order. I watched him forget several orders including mine. Shouldn't wait 15 mins for a vanilla milkshake. Meanwhile he's walking around chatting with his coworkers!

This food is terribly mediocre at best for the price. 1 cheeseburger, 1 fry, 1 shake, $33. I cannot justify this. And it didn't make it the 1 mile home without becoming incredibly soggy. I'm disappointed in my decision to spend money here today. Everyone was very nice and it was clean. But the price for 1 person to dine is not ok.
