Closes at 8 but it’s 6:30 and they are already out of most food. I highly suggest they cook more if they are consistently running out before close. Very disappointing.

HEB employee (Stella) was very professional, friendly and polite to me, I felt welcomed and will be coming back to try other flaming bird dishes!🤗

I arrived at 10:40 AM and didn't want to sell me food because he told me they were open until 11:00 AM. He made me wait for nothing. Bad customer service and a bad attitude.

We went to this flaming bird on fm78 and foster rd. We saw that they closed at 8 pm so we hurried did our shopping and went to get some chicken for dinner. It was already running late and didn’t want to have to cook dinner late so we decided to pick up some chicken. We walked to the counter and they had already put up the everything it was 35min till closing. Guy told us he put some chicken out front under heat lamp. So we picked one. It had 4 leg quarters in it and the one in the middle and one on the bottom were not cooked all the way through. The skin was raw. I’m hoping we don’t get sick tonight. We also fed some to our dogs which I’m really more worried about. I really don’t think we’ll be getting food from there again. Obviously not checking temperatures. The guy seemed like he was in more of a hurry to get out of there. I get it but when it comes to working with food safety should be your main concern. Obviously, he didn’t check the temperatures. I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I preordered giving 3 hours to make food and have ready- when I get there they stated sold out half my order and they just opened 1 hour ago, and didn’t have order ready. I tipped to that should be illegal until service is verified. This location should be shut down.

Extremely disappointed they closed early but still took my order online i drove there kids home and hungry they were closed. Why close early and leave the ordering open
