UPDATE: finally was able to find time to come back to this spot, food was quick and decent, nothing flashy, but great for the price.
I've tried to come to this place about 5 times during their normal business hours in the last 2 months, every single time I show up during random times of the day, they just happened to have a sign posted up saying they are sorry but they have to close down for that day, what's the point of having your business hours posted if it's never followed?
I'll maybe change this review when one day the stars align and I'll actually get to see them open and try some of the food

I had a great experience at the deli counter today thanks to Espy! She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and really knew her stuff. Even with a line of customers, she kept things moving with a smile and made sure my order was exactly right. It’s always nice to be helped by someone who clearly takes pride in their work. Espy made my quick deli stop feel like excellent customer service still matters — and that’s worth appreciating!

Every time I come to the flaming bird at 11:00 they are never ready and the only have maybe just rice or beans on the side but never the full menu and the excuse to give me as unfortunately we have a couple of callouts but that's every day as the excuse

I love coming to the 410 and Marbach location! I always come for lunch because they have The Flaming Bird. All of the employees were super nice and always make me feel welcome. Especially Natalya! She made a great suggestion for trying something new and made me feel welcome. I’ll definitely be coming back.
