Flaming bird bowl was really good, I ate that up as soon as I got home, way better than other shops that offer bowl options (and cheaper) would recommend!

The first time I purchased food from here it was cooked to perfection. The chicken was well seasoned, moist and cooked perfectly. My order plate came with tortillas and flatware on top, all nicely wrapped up with saran wrap. The second time which was the next day the chicken was dry, the beans were so watered down that they just tasted like water. The tortillas and flatware were missing. The third time I went, the chicken was undercooked, the tortillas were hard thus inedible and the flatware was inside the plate soaking wet from being placed on the food. These are just three examples there are more. What I think is lacking is, consistency among the staff plain and simple because one day you have a good experience and the next it's a toss up. Please train all your employees on how to not only cook the food, but how to package the food consistently.

Parrillada for two - chicken was good fajita was like pot roast and both meats heavy like flavor, rice was hard, charro beans were good. Flaming bird baked potatoe was hard and bland. For the price it was good but it was nasty.
