I had an excellent experience with H‑E‑B Flaming Bird! Matt, the manager, went above and beyond… incredibly accommodating and service‑oriented. He made my catering experience completely flawless from start to finish. Everything was delicious and perfectly organized. I’ll definitely be coming back again for future events!

This review is only because of the pulled pork sandwich that I ordered yesterday. The pickles were fine but The onions were the regular sliced white onions. I would prefer the grilled onions instead. The white onions had a strong odor and worse than red onions that have a stronger taste. I think it would taste better with the yellow sweet onions or even grilled ones. I guess I should've asked for them instead. Never the white ones again!

Fries were absolutely delicious. It was loaded with the fajita chicken, pico de gallo, guacamole, and queso. I did not get the pico or the guacamole due to onion allergy. My only suggestion is to cook the chicken with a little bit more flame and really lock that seasoning in so it had crispy or edges and more flavor

Mikey was really fast and friendly with his service! He made sure everything was secured when handing it off to me, and pointed me towards the forks and napkins. The beef he made was really juicy and tender.

Food was really good. Was craving barbque this weekend and flamming bird hit the spot. I did ask one of the employees what she recommended cuz I was not familiar with the menu (Name started with a P). She was really helpful, and the leg quarters were awesome 👍

Really good food deals here. Plate of 2 grilled leg quarters with 2 sides, onion, jalapeno and tortilla for $7.29? Better than fast food. Lots of other options too. Now they have a kiosk for easier ordering. Been getting flaming bird for years and they just keep on improving while keeping the prices affordable.

Flaming bird is good as usual. Service at Potranco HEB Plus food concessions is terrible as usual. Employees completely ignore the customer. Once you finally get their attention and ask a question it’s answered in a condescending tone as if you are in inconveniencing them.

BBQ IS STILL GOOD😏😏THE WAY YOU HAVE TO ORDER THRU THE KIOSK ..IN FRONT OF THE SERVERS IS NOT GOOD...THE KIOSK DID NOT WORK.. IN THE TIME THAT IT TOOK TO DEAL WITH A MACHINE AND HAVE 2 WORKERS GETTING IT TO WORK..I COULD HAVE HAD ORDERED MY BBQ SANDWICH AND BEEN SITTING DOWN AMD ENJOYING IT....HEB...PLZ DO BETTER..... SORRY I WAS A LIL HANGRY FOR BRISKET 😏

The food is fresh and delicious and i recommend the beef fajita stuffed potato its very delicious and filling. This location also has sweet tea and its on point.
