Staff was super helpful and professional
Don't miss the entrance. After you get in do a u turn and set up for the end dock. Receiving is at the very end of the building...for flour loads. Tight but doable
Quite the shit show here. Tiny and full of trailers so only way to dock at the 1 dock for receiving is if you are the only driver there. Gotta ring the bell excessively to get someone. Can't turn around cause they block it or trucks in the way. Will not return here.
They guy who unloaded me was awesome and fast.

Good company ?
7 hours waiting to deliver a load that was scheduled for 7am. Nobody was ready for it...almost like someone forgot to pay attention to scheduling.

This company sucks. They don't answer phone calls or respond to customers. They stopped delivering bread to my company now I'm looking for another

Yesterday I bought 3 loaves of Sun-maid raisin bread from their outlet store on El Paso street. The plan was to put them in the freezer and take a couple slices out at a time, as needed, primarily for breakfast. This morning I pulled two slices out and they were moldy. Yes, I know what mold looks like -- the discoloration, the fuzziness. Yuck. Totally lost my appetite and here an hour later my stomach still churns.I tried calling the outlet store at the phone number on the receipt, and the number to be found on the internet, but the phone just rang and rang, never to be answered. I thought I would give them a heads up, so they could have a look at what is on their shelves, so they could alert the bakery to have a look in production to discover what the heck is going on.Mold on bread is no venal sin. It is the big one. I doubt I will ever buy bread from Sun-maid, or the Flowers outlet store, again -- not until I remove that association between this company & mold.Years ago a national fast food hamburger chain had an outbreak of e-coli. There was a location near my house that I would occasionally visit, as it was convenient and, of course, quick. But after the outbreak I never went there again. Nothing they did, specifically, but the association persisted. Here they did do it themselves.I'll take the three loaves to them later & see what they say. Hopefully they'll at least offer a refund (& an apology). I'm not hopeful. They don't answer the telephone. What sort of business doesn't answer their phone when most likely it's a customer, or a potential customer, on the other end?
Very good place to work ,everyone friendly

No overnight parking or restrooms for drivers. And no early deliveries. There's a security gate to pass through. It's right off the loop, go to fast and you will pass it. Be on time and all will be well.
There's an industrial area on the next street over going North or truck lots around the area.
As for the service and delivery times, I'm not able to deliver until the morning. So I'm 15.5 hours early and gotta wait. Come late and wait, come too early and still wait...that's trucking for you.
3 hours to be unloaded.
Contacted then about a donation to our BBQ Fondation for the Uvalde victims. They were extremely nice and very generous. Not to mention organized. Product was very fresh & delicious. One of our best experiences!
I have been working here 27 years I must love something/someone here . Although with 27 years loyalty I should make more than $17 per hour !
Great I was in and out and they are pretty smooth there
