Place is a little small, but don't let it deter you.... Great staff and even better food. If you are in the mood for a sandwich, pass first watch and Jimmy John's and give this little place a try. Greeted from the moment you walk in, food is out quick, super fresh and hot and absolutely the best s chicken sandwich I've had in a long time.

We had a wonderful experience today visiting Fork and Bowl. The owner welcomed us in and suggested gluten free options. Both the gluten free and regular, Grilled Chicken Pesto were great!

Every time I have ate here all the staff has been very friendly and welcoming. I love coming here because all the food tasted so fresh. I have tried the hummus, fries, Avacado bacon burger, and the brownies and each item taste so fresh and homemade. This place is my favorite brunch spot
