Four Sisters Catering

We had Four Sisters to cater our daughter's Bat Mitzvah luncheon, and we were extremely pleased with the experience. Nicole was very friendly and understood our needs perfectly. The food was fresh and served hot, with all the dishes being delicious and flavorful. The service was five-star, allowing us to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about anything!

We used Four Sisters to cater a Celebration of Life for our mother. The ordering process with Nicole was easy and thorough from start to revision to adding additional guests near the end. Everything we chose was not just visually appealing, but truly delicious! The guests kept asking who catered the event and complimenting every aspect. We were even extremely impressed with Kelly who handled the delivery and set up. He took the time to text me and send photos showing he had set everything up in such a way that we wouldn’t have to replenish any of the items during our event which was greatly appreciated! Hire them for any catered occasion…you won’t be disappointed!

Four Sisters' Catering did a great job for our new plasma center's grand opening! The food was absolutely amazing, and the fiesta-themed décor was vibrant, festive, and exactly what I had envisioned, it really set the perfect tone for our celebration.

It’s great to know we already have our 2027 grand opening events catering covered. I'll be looking forward to working with them again!

I emailed & never received a response. I went in the next week on Thursday, waited about 10 mins as she was currently on the phone. When she got off - she was really sick coughing everywhere, most times not covering her mouth & when she did it was with her hand, then continued to touch everything. I spent a good 20 mins giving her what I was looking for. She replied “I will email you this weekend, if not the weekend on Monday with a price”. It is already Saturday and still nothing.
I would not recommend wasting your time!

Reply - The title should be one sister if you are the only one conducting the business. Also, if you were that sick to have pneumonia, there should be no reason why you should be conducting business if you’re spreading illnesses to people and food, germs are not limited to a small office space. The reason for me writing this review is tell my true experience with the business. That is the reasoning for reviews, just like your answers could consist of nothing but excuses.

Amazing Fresh Food Excellent Service They Care and it shows!

Tiffini and Nicole were great and coordinated everything without difficulty. Will, Tommy and Trent(?) were fantastic at the dinner and set up everything beautifully and quickly. Their presence during the dinner was fantastically helpful but unobtrusive. Everyone at the party commented on the good quality of the food. Will definitely look to work with Four Sisters Catering again.

Best Thanksgiving meal we’ve ever had! Our family, of 16, flew in to San Antonio and didn’t want to have to prepare a meal. Ordered a complete gluten free meal and it was outstanding! We will be back!

We reminisced at our Sunday School dinner last night of things that were so much better than we expected.  The idea, because heaven was really our focus for the gathering, is that we have no idea what God has prepared for us in eternity.

The meal itself, in several ways, was over the top.  From my first phone calls to you; to your assurances that this meal was possible so late in the game (6 days out); to Trent and Kelly (I hope I have their names right) who delivered the food and were prompt, kind, flexible, and thorough; to the  great variety of options on the dessert trays; to every single bite WE ate; to the EXTRA food with which we were able to bless the maintenance man and his wife who worked with me all evening (and that was after we sent people back for more).

We explained to our group that you made concessions for us which everyone knew had to be generous; in other words the meal they were paying for was better than expected in every way EXCEPT excellence.  And let me clarify, you convinced me as we discussed the menu that I could expect excellence which gave me great peace and I was not disappointed or surprised, only grateful.

Some at the dinner were introduced to Four Sisters Catering last night but some already knew that you guys are really good at what you do.   We ALL thanked God for you all!   God bless you!!!
