I was so impressed with the drive-through service at Freddy’s today! The car in front of me had never been to a Freddy’s before, and I listened as Skye patiently explained the menu options to them and answered all their questions as if she held stock in this place. It was truly lovely to witness such service at a fast food joint, and when I asked to speak with her manager (Bree) she was just as gracious. Here’s hoping Freddy’s (and their stockholders) appreciate and reward their hardworking staff!

Service was great! Veterans Day lunch. Male cashier was awesome as well as the female that passed me my order. I think that this location is the best one that I have been to so far within San Antonio. Keep up the amazing work.

While the custard was good, the rest of the meal was rather mediocre. Come for the custards but get everything else elsewhere.

We had an amazing first experience at Freddy’s Steakburgers! From the moment we walked in, Toni, who was working the register, made us feel so welcome. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and gave us helpful suggestions since it was our first visit. The food was fantastic—our steakburgers were perfectly cooked, and the fries were so crispy. My kids absolutely loved everything, especially the frozen custard! Great food, wonderful service, and a welcoming atmosphere—can’t wait to come back!

Burgers, fries, and shakes were all okay. The most off putting thing when we came were the number of flies inside this restaurant. (But this was during the summer).
