Mobile order. Claimed ready at 700pm. Not ready until 735pm. Roach crawling on the floor. Very disappointed.

Always a good experience. Very consistent service and quality. One of my go to spots. I’ve spent a ridiculous amount of money here😂 Get a double with bacon and don’t forget the spicy fry sauce.

kids at the drive through took over 5 mins to acknowledge that we hadn't gotten both things we ordered, when we finally got acknowledged they didnt even know what our other item was. she then gave us a small and told us it's medium so we would leave, horrible customer service girl with the thin brown hair in the clip wouldn't acknowledge us, just kept facing inside while standing against window.

Never got to order. We’re standing at the counter to order food and nobody acknowledged our presence. We went to Bush’s next door and the general manager took our order.

Great burgers! You will be waiting a bit if you go into the drive thru, but worth it!

Everything was tasty, servers pleasant and facility was clean.

Burger was a little more salty than I would prefer but I didn't try to take it back. Suggest telling them while ordering to hold back on the salt.

Went threw the drive threw ordered a simple order two combos and a chilli well they forget my fries but they didn’t forget the 4 cheese sauces then they don’t answer the phone when u try calling terrible service

Good atmosphere. Young attendants are very polite. Being a bit more assertive could help speed up their ordering -speak up. Oh and don’t be too stingy on the custard servings…😉

On a “saltiness” scale of 1 to 10, this burger was like a 12. It was actually a challenge to enjoy finishing this burger but the portions were generous and the service was friendly and fast.

The food is very inconsistent and, today, was so incredibly salty that neither my son nor I could eat it. I cannot overstate just how salty the food was this time. After two bites, we were so disgusted that we just had to throw our food away and leave. I’ve had Freddy’s before, but this location must have some quality assurance issues. This is the second time I’ve been here and have had similar issues both times. I would avoid this location.
