It would be great if the guy at the register would get off his phone. With me and several others without fail, he speaks and looks at you uninterested. Like he’s better than you sort of, then again well you work at a fast food restaurant and you don’t look like you’re 16-19 yrs old. To top it off he pulls his phone out also every single time he charges you and even before you leave and starts texting on it. Guy with a beard and no cap about 5’11 Hispanic 240-260 lbs short hair with a minor receding hairline line. RON’S THE MAN!!! Remember him telling me about this place between lines. Great food, great people!! The chicken sandwich was like a rock!! Coke’s almost better here than it is with Ron!!

The cashier had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in fast food, not a single good thing to say about this place.

Got 2 custards and there was a fingernail in my husbands custard. When I tried to call the Freddie’s their phone was disconnected.

I stopped by today to get frozen custard because I was craving for some, only to keep finding tiny pieces of things with every scoop. Don’t know if it’s fingernails or plastic pieces. This is just so disgusting and very upsetting.

REWARDS ARE NEVER WORKING. COULDN’T HONOR MY DISCOUNT AND REWARDS I HAVE EVERY SINGLE TIME! AT THIS POINT I THINK THEY ARE LYING ABOUT THE REWARDS BEING DOWN SO THEY DONT HAVE TO DO THE EXTRA WORK

Food is always good here. The restrooms are always kinda dirty, gross and out of paper towels.

Talked with 3 separate employees and had food service. Food was hot and fresh. I usually like coming here over other quick service places and quality is better for similar price.

Had I used restroom prior to eating I would not have eaten! The toilet was filthy and un flushed the other stall had no toilet paper. Went to wash hands and there was no soap! There was an employee in the restroom, I brought it to her attention but she barely acknowledged me! How did she was her hands?? Went to counter and told another employee to be told “yeah we know we’re really busy! Won’t return!

MAJOR FOOD SAFETY ISSUE — got food to go and in our shakes/concretes there were a ton of plastic/rubbery pieces everywhere. We both took a couple of bites and noticed them, the pieces in the picture are just from those two bites. These are definitely big enough to choke on, especially for a kid. I tried to call the store to notify the manager so they can address this before someone gets hurt, but the number was disconnected. So now I’m posting this in hopes they see it. Be careful!

Mr. Freddy would be proud. However, upon entry, there was a smell of stagnant water. I recommend some bleach or Fabulouso
