First time to this location very disappointed water dripping from ceiling tea dispenser spilling over soda machine was out of soda there was water on the floor in restroom barely any hand soap

Third time the same employee had messed up our order, doesn’t have good hearing nor do they seem to listen to the customers orders. Please coach employee at the drive thru to PAY attention to orders.
Also learn to remediate or ask how to make better the mistake.
All they do is say oh ok and smile.

I had a Freddy’s delivery thru the Freddy’s app tonight. The cheese curds were cold and soggy- and the dipping sauces were missing. Not happy.

Hey, it's Freddy's where you get fresh made Steak Burgers, excellent French Fries, and of course Freddy's Frozen Custard! I always get at least a 2 scoop chocolate cone❤️❤️❤️🍦🍦🍦

I think it's unfortunate that the culture of customer service for a lot of businesses has become one of entitlement on the restaurant side as well as the patronizing of customers. We called to let the restaurant know that our food was ice cold. Not frozen, but it seems like it was sitting out for awhile. When I called to let them know and give them a chance to fix it, we got blamed for calling to request well done tots beforehand, when really the true issue is that the order was completed way earlier than the app said to pickup. The conversation with not one, but both managers was unproductive. The first seemed lost on what to do and the second kept over explaining what was obvious without providing a solution. It is not our fault that your business can't seem to properly communicate pickup time to the app. That's not our problem. I had to finally end the call because I'm an adult and the way that we were spoken to I found completely disrespectful. Not only are you guys overpriced, you are rude too. There are plenty of other burger places to visit so we will take our money elsewhere.
This was my first time eating at Freddy's. Decent food and clean restaurant. The staff were nice and attentive.

Wow, I have been to this Freddie's a few times and never have I had to deal with how unprofessional they were in the drive thru. I ended up leaving mid order because the guy taking my order was laughing and paying attention to someone in the background then proceeded to curse at whoever was talking to him as I was trying to order.
