Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

12/15/24 This is tough to rate, but I have to be honest about my experience, so service has to take the hit for management. My order went well until I was looking for ketchup. I asked and was told they were out. My burger had ketchup though, so I asked if they could fill a cup from that, and they said they had to save it for the burgers.
I'm not faulting the counter service, just whoever is in charge of supplies. You don't run out of ketchup at a place that serves fries.

I ordered a large order off of doordash for freddy's at the rim. When I arrived to pick up the order after receiving a notification that it was complete I had to wait for them to make all of the custard items, a total of 3. My food was placed on a counter not under heat lamps to stay warm. Upon opening the order the food was so cold that it felt refrigerated. The gluten free meal that we order for a celiac customer had bread instead of lettuce wrap as ordered. The customer service was overall poor. While I acknowledge that the location was busy, I feel that it is no excuse to ruining our entire dining experience. When we tried calling the phone number provided on google the line would automatically disconnect. So there was no way for us to contact the restaurant with driving back. Very disappointed.

Dietary restrictions: The gluten free item ordered for a celiac customer came with bread instead of lettuce wrap as ordered.

This visit to Freddy's did not disappoint. Our dine in order was taken without any issues and promptly prepared. The food was delicious as always. The only thing that needed attention was the bathrooms.

I love this store. Friendly staff, short wait times and I absolutely love that y’all do tater tots now! Wish there was a Tot/Fry mix though hint hint.

We ordered fries and they came cold so asked for new ones and they asked for the fries back which makes sense but they took the baskets away making us hold our burgers in our hand and didn't get new fries for another 5min And they also laughed and were talking about us complaining. if wasn't for the fact me and my family had already spent 80 dollars on the food we would have just walked out.
