I place my order to go,waiting almost thirty minutes,finally got my order and when I got home,open the box,noticed fish looks bad which overcooked and hard,some of onion rings were cold and fries also.it just looked bad didn’t bother to take a picture.probably why hardly any customers here,wouldn’t recommend anybody come here,never coming back again.maybe why some locations are closed,employees running businesses down to ground.

Absolutely the worst food I have ever bought. The fish was like rubber and smelly like it had been thawed then refrozen. The fries were cold. I don't know why people rave about the tartar sauce because it was horrible. The service sucked. The dining room was filthy. I took one bite each spit it out and threw it away and drove over to Long John silver's. Along with Pollo loco this has to be one of the worst food experiences I've ever had in San Antonio.

Im extremely disappointed. I asked and was charged for an extra tartar sauce and what is missing from my order? The tartar sauce! I called 2x and no one picks up the phone.

Sorry excuse for fish. Not seasoned and rubbery. Fries were hard as a rock. And the fish breading was soggy. Made me nauseous after the first bite. Best part of the family meal was the tarter sauce.

Driver thru worker was nice, but the food is terrible 😞 I haven’t had Freds Fish in a really long time and wanted to eat it again but wow… the fish is rubbery, has no seasoning, and the fries were so dry and old I could only eat a few… please save your money and never go here…
