I don’t know what was worse the food or the service! They gave me completely burnt oysters and fish! I couldn’t even ask for it to be fixed she was already extremely pissed that I even asked for napkins! Never coming back here again!

This Location does not take American Express (Amex) or Discover. Others do, but the signs here have working marquee lights and that's super cool, magical even, so I'll give it a small pass...still sucks enough to probably not come back to this location and visit the others until they change that policy.
Otherwise GREAT value and freshly made hot food.
This location is very clean and has a great view with plenty of window light so the dine in experience is really peaceful.
The employees are very nice as always.

We ordered a Deluxe Family Meal - 15 pcs of fish, very small fries, a small tater sauce and 6 pcs of bread. Fish was hard (overcooked), very hard to bite into it. Fries enough for one person. Never again. Zarzamora location.
The Fred’s on Cupples road makes food perfect (well done) however very little fries. The meal is expensive so at least fill the little bag with fries. being greedy with fries will only bring business down
