The food just isn't the same anymore. The rice is over cooked and blan. The chips are over salted. The employees don't listen to detail. Asked for easy jalapeño cream sauce and they added too much. I did not enjoy my half bird. Never coming back.

First time eating here, Maybe it was the fact that I ordered online to go an hour before closing but DAYUM… I got a freebirds bowl and everything on the bowl was so cold and unsavory. Potatoes that I paid extra for were hard and cold like they’ve been out all day, actually it tasted like the whole bowl was out all day with no heat to keep things fresh. >:( even paid extra to try the queso and they didn’t even put it on there. Service was nice smiling faces but food was straight trash. Honestly do better. Going back to chipotle ?‍♀️‍➡️ ***for future customers I’d recommend going inside to make sure things are still fresh before they give you all the cold garbage in a bag to go ?

Horrible. Arrived before the line and still had to wait for food to be ready and complete didn’t have all ingredients out. 3 other individuals received there food before me when I arrived and ordered before them

The staff is always really nice and so a great job with making the burritos. Love the seasonal meat options. The prime rib was tender and full of flavor. Always a great place to eat.

We tried the prime rib queso grande burrito and a bowl.
They have a low carb tortilla, so I went with that and cauliflower rice.
My wife had the bowl.
The meal was hot and delicious.
The service was good. Everyone was really nice.
Some of the tables needed to be wiped down, but that was ok.

I ordered the chicken free birds bowl and it is just so good so fresh it is giving Santa Fe vibes. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. Everyone has such a wonderful cheerful personality
