It almost hurts me to type this. I loved this place and would go often however for the past few months there’s been a younger man there (not the very kind older man) and multiple times he has told me he’s “trying to close early” and pushes me to order my food to go. I mentioned it to my mom and it has happened to her too (and she just leaves instead so money is lost on their behalf). This guy is always trying to leave, and when i ordered two sandwiches to go (as he requested) i was astonished to find out at home that the sandwiches had hardly any filling at all. There was a single sliver of beef, just all bread. I had to stop myself from going back for a refund (and i gave a big tip!) as i was sure he probably closed up already. I wish he would leave if he hates it so much there. This used to be one of my favorite places. The older man always remembered my order and he was so kind and gracious, i miss him.

Service has declined. Staff plays music on phone loudly. They don't invest in improving wall paint, or atmosphere. Lights are burnt out on the ceiling or mismatched in color. It used to be a good place to go. Not anymore sadly.

On the menu there were only two bahn mi options but they were able to sub the pork for chicken and scrambled eggs on another sandwich. The guy who rang me up went back and made my sandwiches right away. They gave options of soup (French onion), salad, or classic lays chips for a side. I chose the classic lays and took my sandwiches to go.I was so starving I broke into my sandwiches as soon as I got to my car and was pleasantly surprised that they wrote which sandwich was which!!! Thank you guys because no one bothers to do this anymore! Also, thank you for having soft bread. The custom ordered scrambled egg bahn mi was so delicious please add it to the menu!Summary: family owned, great service, fast, willing to make substitutions, and delivered with careful packaging.This place is serving up love one sandwich at a time with family pride and integrity ♥️?

A cute and simple little French/Vietnamese sandwich shop. The sandwich was delicious with very crispy, flaky bread. You can tell a lot of effort goes into presentation, and the classical music really helps set the atmosphere. The sandwich came with a tasty cream puff and the cafe du monde has a really nice smooth flavor to it. I was really impressed with this place, and it may become a regular lunch spot for me.Parking: The shop is on a strip in so there's lots of parking space

I had not been here since the 90's but the food is just as good as I remember. Do not sleep on this place. If you are looking for a good sandwich but tired of the same old combos you definitely need to drop in. I can't wait to go back and try more things on the menu!

I had a terrible experience at French Sandwiches today. I used to love this place. Under the previous owner the food and service was great. Today the waiter told me I was sitting at the wrong table and not to sit there if I ever come back! So I got up and left. I was followed to the parking lot by an employee who told me I was wrong and started insulting me. The employee even threatened me. He told me that I better leave before something bad happens to me. I was already leaving when he stopped me! Sad to see such a great place go downhill like this!
