Fresh Horizons catered our wedding the other evening and the food was fantastic! We had Spinach & Artichoke Crostini & Fresh Vegetable Crudite for appetizers. Our buffet included Mixed Greens Salad, Chicken Piccata, Herb Roasted New Potatoes, Summer Squash Sautee plus butter and dinner rolls. I was told by many guests that the food tasted great. Quite a few went back for seconds. Oh and to my surprise we had homemade lemonade available, it was the best lemonade I've ever had! Thank you so very much for being a part of our special day!

We used Fresh Horizons Creative Catering for our Thanksgiving resident event and it couldn't have more amazing! They had our food ready for us on a Sunday, everything was adorably packaged with menu cards and instructions! The turkey was anything but dry and extremely delicious.. in fact EVERYTHING they provided was supreme! 10/10 would definitely use their services again and again!

Fresh Horizons did a great job! Al and his staff, Paul and John just catered our 3 day workshop and the food and service was wonderful. The salads were fresh, the food was delicious, the desserts were yummy and the staff was extremely professional and very courteous. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
We had the best wedding ever. Al did eveything that I wanted and more. The food was amazing! Eveyone complimented how delicous it all was and nice the staff was. Thanks for making our day so special.

Had them cater my promotion and received a verbal quote upfront for 30 people. Asked for the written invoice seven times, a week prior and never got it. But, I was verbally assured for their staunch support of the military. The afternoon prior to the event, I finally received a written invoice, shockingly $170 above the initial quote to which I was unable to choose another vendor. (I was boxed in, since my family and I flew in from the east coast for the event). The quality of the platters was what you would find at your local grocery--basic and bland. The bread was very stale. I'm not sure what their in-house service is like. But, I won't do business with them again...nor would I recommend.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR WEDDING OR ANY EVENT AT THIS PLACE! However, I decided to book my wedding at this place and the managers and owners where a HUGE disappointment. ESPIE, BREANNE AND CARYN are the managers/owners of the venue rentals and events that take place. I set a budget with my venue manager - Ended up paying almost 2X as much as I agreed on/ signed on. Leading up to wedding - Complete chaos! Venue Manager told me she was overwhelmed and needed my help to set up my wedding!! Day of wedding - I paid for food, drinks and tents (for bad weather) and didn't receive damn near anything I had requested! The food did not match my food tasting that I had earlier that same week! Staff was rude to the wedding party refusing to service them or help in any way because they weren't "on the clock" until the wedding started. After the wedding - reached out by email, text, called, SHOWED UP and nobody would help me or return a simple phone call for months! I even complained on the website and still have yet to hear a response. Finally, I got a hold of Breanne, about my situation and told her I wanted this taken care of. You charge me for a service I did not receive. She said she would speak with her managers and owners and get back to me. It has now been 6 months since I got married and I have tried contacting a owners/ manager at this location. Not a call, email nothing back! They stole my money and I would NEVER recommend anyone to book anything with this unorganized, absent, unprofessional, lying so-called business!

We chose Fresh Horizons for our 25th Wedding Anniversary celebration....we were not disappointed. What made the planning difficult is that my husband and I live in St Louis, MO ( I am a San Antonio native), there were no tastings, no meetings, so there had to be a high-level of trust. Cynthia Olmsted was wonderful to work with. She dealt with all my crazy changes, emails...etc., and on the day of the event, FH event supervisor, Paul Miller and staff, were just unbelievable. The food was excellent, the presentation, perfect. I wanted our soiree be an intimate event( less than 50), yet the attention to detail given to our very special night was that of a huge event. It was a wonderful night we will never forget, and I thank Fresh Horizons for helping in making that possible. I highly recommend their services to anyone planning a special event.
