You know I really wish they would reopen it everything else is reopened this is BS
Amazing burgers and onion rings. I've only been here once and it was a great experience. I love the decor; it's a very interesting concept and the food is delicious!!!
DONT GO HERE! This location closed down but the sign is still up.
Burger was decent a little dry for my taste. Atmosphere was nice. Service was good.
It was Amazing, they were closed for Covid, but once they heard I was coming they reopened the doors just for me and gave me a candle lit dinner with smooth jazz in the background. There was even a live performance from Fudd himself. Please re-open soon I need your food.
Loved the overall friendly environment with thanks to Veronica,Victoria, and Jose. They each helped me any way they could and were very kind. I would come back definitely more often because of their great customer care.
Great food as always, we don’t have a Fuddruckers close, so always stop at 1 when we pass by
I used to be a big fan of Fuddruckers, but that has changed. The quality is ok for a gourmet burger restaurant and they do offer a gluten free bun. There are many better option in San Antonio and some worse, just do a bit of looking.
it was my daughter and her family first time there and they loved it
Some of the best burgers here in San Antonio, TX. I really enjoy this location because of Fuddruckers employees and staff here, everyone is friendly and welcoming. The thing that I love is that there is a salad bar with almost anything and everything you can put in or on your burger! Very fresh! The seating is nice and the dining area is always kept clean. Again, some of the most delicious burgers!

Great Burgers great service
This location is a bit hidden in a business park area at Wurzbach Rd. and IH 10. They do have a large shared sign on the access where you turn into area. Parking was easy right in front and this location is much larger than the other one on Bandera Rd. that we usually frequent. There was a short wait to order and also to receive food but not too bad. It really got more crowded after we ordered. There was plenty of seating and the drink station and condiment area was in an open area with easy access and no crowding. They have a fresh bakery here as well for baking their buns and cookies fresh. There are three seating areas as well as a party room. We also noticed arcade type games along a wall. The orders were correct and all the food was fresh and very good. The noise level was not bad at all considering the amount of people. They had a large menu with some items that I had not seen at the other location. There were a number of TVs all around the room as well.
From the moment I touched the sticky door handle I knew I wasn't going to enjoy this experience. The man taking my order was the manager and was dealing with an employee at the same time. He would ask me questions twice concerning the specificity of my order. He just was not paying attention. There was trash all over the floor and the drink station was filthy. My son's burger was extremely dry and my salad was sad. I'm going to go out in a limb and assume all of Fuddruckers restaurants are like this. :/
Food was very good. My only complaint is that if i want to purchase a cookie or brownie they want you to go wait in line AGAIN. There was a decent line going so i didn't buy the 4 cookies i was going to. They do have a register there so...?
Consistently great food and service. Excellent value. Love the cheese sauce on my fries.
