I found Fuel Feed health shack as I was looking for a place to buy healthy meals for my boyfriend and I. We have tried a hand full of meal prep services like Factor, and Zedrics which aren't bad. However, my boyfriend is a pretty picky eater and this was the first place that he actually said the food was really good. ☺️ Our favorite so far is the beef stir fry and the breakfast waffles! Soo good and low cal 🤍🏋️‍♀️!

Chef Dave has your best interest and support unlike any business. They treat you like family. Food is amazing. Upmost attention to detail with your plans and consult. Dave’s knowledge and care is amazing. The juices are like no other, protein donuts, the meals…what else can I say. Don’t miss out on this hidden gem. Best meal preps in South Texas.

The food is delicious! Lots of variety-low calorie-lower cost than fast food. Ingredients hand selected-local and highest quality. It is difficult to cook for one and this is a great alternative. The owner is a lovely gentleman- give it a try and let support our local entrepreneurs!

I recently came from another popular meal prep establishment and was going down a list of new places I wanted to try because prices increased and quality dropped. I stopped here on my second try. This is it. The food is vibrant, flavorful, lots of variety, and there are options for everyone here (vegan, weight loss, weight gain, etc.) Being an avid weightlifter and runner, I also find this food does not make me feel sluggish in the gym or lethargic at work. Furthermore, it's affordable. No one else tops this. Dave, the owner, is always about the details and customer satisfaction. This is what meal prep should be. I very rarely ever write reviews and this one is overdue, but I've been coming here for about 2 months and am very happy with his business.

The meal preps are delicious, turkey chili, meatloaf, lasagna, enchiladas and all the perfectly cooked juicy chicken. These are my gourmet meals that are helping me lose weight!!!! I’m not perfect and not working out right now and the scale is moving. Wow! Skeptical, try the Hero 3, three weeks of meal preps. Go all in with Hero 6. David goes above and beyond to provide accountability and assistance for the meals out. Most importantly, the food is really good.

Great friendly service every time I walk in . So far all the Meals I've tried are great! Love the different varieties they have & breakfast options. Definitely would recommend over any other meal prep company.

The food here is so good and flavorful! I’ve tried other meal prep establishments and this one beats the rest by a long shot. I purchase 10 meals at a time and put them all in the freezer… 10 days later the food still tastes fresh after a few minutes in the microwave. Their protein donuts are also really good for those like me that enjoy having something a little sweet after a meal.

Have been consistently using their take out meal preps for about 2 months now, and they have been a huge help for my recent weight loss. And the food tastes pretty darn good! My favorite is the habanero mango salmon and the teriyaki chicken. Highly recommend.

Always wanted to meal prep but never stayed consistent doing it myself, Fuel F33d allows me to stay consistent with a variety of options to choose from.

Ordered the chicken teriyaki. The chicken was well cooked and juicy, the meal was spiced perfectly as well. I plan to definitely return!
