The price is right and the meals are all filling and flavorful. The BBQ meatloaf was my favorite. They say to microwave but I heated all my meals on the stovetop and they turned out great

Ive only been here once and I was really surprised at how good the chicken and protein waffle was. It had no right to be that flavorful AND healthy 😂 I thought 9 bucks was a reasonable price for the plate, and I appreciated the many outlets available to charge my phone while I took my lunch.
The staff was very friendly and helped me figure out their menu. I'd definitely come back to try some of their other items!
The parking lot gets pretty full considering there's a coffee shop next door people like to lounge at, but I didn't have trouble finding parking.

the website is easy to navigate and they have tons of options for meal preps. they were also very friendly and affordable, I will be coming again!
I love this place! The meals are filling and favorable. The staff is great, and don’t even get me started on that pineapple juice 😋 The hours are strict so I can only pick up on the weekends, but it’s worth it. I’ll be putting in another batch of orders soon.

This is the 1st meal prep place I’ve ordered from and I’m highly satisfied. I love this place and the atmosphere. You can tell the owner is passionate about what he does. Really cool guy and great customer service skills. The food is flavorful, well portioned, and cooked just right. I’ve been ordering from here for over a month and haven’t had a meal I didn’t like…they’re soooo delicious. Thank you guys so much 🫶🏼 and keep up the great work 😃.

Everything about this place is what I’ve been looking for at my home base. In town for a week at Lackland and I want to be clean while I’m down here. I found this place online and the ordering process was easy and pick up was a breeze! The food smelled delicious and the man that helped me in the front was very nice and was very open about the process that he took to complete my meals! I truly appreciate the whole experience and will come back next time. I’m in town.

I found Fuel Feed health shack as I was looking for a place to buy healthy meals for my boyfriend and I. We have tried a hand full of meal prep services like Factor, and Zedrics which aren't bad. However, my boyfriend is a pretty picky eater and this was the first place that he actually said the food was really good. ☺️ Our favorite so far is the beef stir fry and the breakfast waffles! Soo good and low cal 🤍🏋️♀️!

Chef Dave has your best interest and support unlike any business. They treat you like family. Food is amazing. Upmost attention to detail with your plans and consult. Dave’s knowledge and care is amazing. The juices are like no other, protein donuts, the meals…what else can I say. Don’t miss out on this hidden gem. Best meal preps in South Texas.
The food is delicious! Lots of variety-low calorie-lower cost than fast food. Ingredients hand selected-local and highest quality. It is difficult to cook for one and this is a great alternative. The owner is a lovely gentleman- give it a try and let support our local entrepreneurs!
