Cinnamon rolls were amazing but Flo’s service was even better! Thanks Flo!

We love going to this little breakfast place. The food is hot and delicious, and there is a wide variety of both sweet and savory. The service is fantastic. Ask for Katherine, she has a personality plus, and is a fantastic server.

In the corner of a strip mall area. Breaky and avocado toast meals were also pretty good. Husband did not like the biscuits and gravy. Gravy was too soupy and didn't like the biscuit either. Another friend had the Pecan Pie pancakes. He liked them.

I wish the chef was as good in the kitchen as whomever composed the menu was at writing. All sounded fabulous to read about. The reality was a huge disappointment by contrast. I had the pork belly & poached eggs w/hollandaise sauce. Everything was very bland & lacking in flavor & complexity. The meat was especially disappointing, the hollandaise sauce watery & flavorless. I had a chai latte, which was easily 1/3+ foam, with the scant amount of chai beneath only luke-warm, and I was not asked if I wanted more. I tasted my companion’s huge sausage patty and it was also very bland & mild, tasting more like a hamburger patty. The only great thing on the plate was the potatoes, which were very crunchy & salty. I’ll dream about those potatoes, because they alone are not enough to get me back to Full Belly for more. Definitely cost too much for the caliber of the food.

Upon arriving promptly at my scheduled reservation, I was seated quickly, but the lack of service was definitely aware. One we did ask to be seated inside, and was told by the manager that unfortunately they were overbooked, and that we had to sit out in the cold today. The weather was 61°F Outside. We did ask for the two heat lamps to be launched so that they could provide some warmth for myself and the other guest on the patio. But we were made aware that there was no propane located in either one of the lamps. Our scheduled reservation was for 1245, and we did not eat until 145. We were told by the manager that there was a 45 minute back up in the kitchen, but to my knowledge around us, there were multiple parties, larger and smaller than us that arrived after our schedule time that received their food promptly while waiting to be checked out, it then took another 35 minutes for our waitress to find her way back to our table. I do not know if she was overbooked as a manager did state about the inside seating amenities or if she just forgot about us on the patio because it was cold. I am truly unsatisfied with the lack of Service and care that was shown to us. Although the actual food was delicious, we will not be dining in anymore as there is no way that this amount of unprofessionalism is acceptable in a brunch establishment. Flo was our waitress, and we made it aware to the manager that she was not fulfilling her duties as a waitress. He Stated that he was sorry about that, and that he “completely understood“. There was no compensation given for the lack of time and professionalism of this restaurant.

The food was definitely delicious:bacon jam cheese thing, cinnamon butter roll, and not yo mama's breakfast sandwich. Creme Brule latte was so amazing. Just wish the service was better. Took a while to take my drink order and food order. If the service was better, I would go back. The wait service needs improvement.

Let me start with the waitress. She was friendly, sweet and attentive. Don’t go if you’re hungry, the food takes a minute, 45 to be exact. And then my potatoes were extra crispy and breakfast sandwich was mid.

We walked in for our first time to a clean and pleasant environment! The food was delicious. The owner and our server, Mia, were absolutely great. They were attentive to our needs and responded quickly. Thanks to both! We'll definitely go again soon!

I've liked them before but they need to work on their management. We sat down and were asked drinks almost immediately, but then it was 20min before we saw our coffees (one of which was a black drip). We weren't asked for our food orders until we were brought our coffee (20min in), but then it was another 45min until the food actually came. We only ordered 3 things and while the cinnamon roll was excellent, the poutine was good, but the Benny was highly disappointing. One of the eggs was basically hardboiled and the toast was not even toasted. We had to send it back but we didn't want to wait an hour for a new order to come back so we just asked to have it removed and got the check. Our waiter Stefan was really great and we could tell he was trying his best and kept checking on our food for us. Apparently there's some internal systems issue that they need to fix. That being said, a hard boiled egg on a Benny is unacceptable.

I was looking forward to visiting this brunch spot, but it went horribly wrong today. We went to the one on McCullogh and expected so much more. The service was mediocre, we ordered mimosas and had to open our own bottle, to start. We then ordered the albondigas, which are meatballs and when they came out, they were completely RAW in the middle. It was disgusting. We ordered our food hoping for better quality, but everything was just bleh. I don’t think I would go back and that’s too bad, because it seemed like it had great potential.

Katherine the Great lived up to her name! This place has such a diverse menu, it's hard to decide what to get. But I've never been disappointed. Oh, and you have to try the creme brulee coffee at least once in your lifetime.Check the hours before you go, and making a reservation is a good idea.
