This place is fantastic...... when it is open. However, as the sign suggests, they are not open 7 days a week from 12 to 9. Maybe they were in the past, but that certainly isn't the case now. We try to go at least once a month and they are never open. Update your hours!

I have tried giving this place many chances. They are never open on the posted hours. I finally made it in and after a 15 minute wait I was told almost every flavor I asked for was not available. Lady took two of my four drink orders and came back with one asking if I needed anything else stood in the way back corner asking me questions while I stuck my face into the glass trying to hear her. Came back told me my total was 9. Took my 10 put it in her drawer and asked if I wanted anything else. Not only did I want my change, I wanted my second damn drink. At this point she kept saying she already gave it to us and then kept asking us what flavor three more times. She was literally on the phone the entire time having a personal conversation making and taking orders with one hand. This prevented speed, customer service and accuracy. In the end, I gave up and left with two of the four drinks I ordered.

I stopped by at 3 and the door was locked, I knocked and nobody came to the door. No closed sign was there. How unprofessional!

Great place with great prices. They have the best banana split. And the flavors are really good. Me and my daughter try a new flavor every time we go. I'm still loving tigers blood. Lol

The food was awesome but a bit slow to give out orders and gave the person behind my corn order so had to wait longer but overall the food is good

Exactly the shaved Ice cream I have been looking for. Flavors are great as well.

Best shaved ice I've had yet! This place immediately became me and my husband's new regular spot after our first visit. The prices are absolutely fantastic and so much to choose from. 10/10 would recommend

Great place for snacks but only down fall is your store hours say open 7 days a week from 1-8 and I have went by more then 3 times from across town to get there and you guys are not open here or your hilderbrand location just a waste of my time.

Such a disappointment web site for both locations says open an 12 and other location says 1 at which they are closed, I went to both locations at 1pm and were closed the door sign on #2 says open at 12 I guess they don't need business
