First time visiting. It was my birthday gift to my wife who misses Fire Bowl at the Quarry. Same concept: pick meats and veggies and have them fry it up for you. Love the variety of meats to select from. Veggies could've been better had they had bean sprouts though. Fried rice isn't fried rice without bean sprouts. As for the sauces... they need Chinese sauce added to the mix. Too many varieties with flavorings. Need just a basic Chinese sauce for those who don't want all that extra stuff. Overall, good food for what you pay.

Not sure how the food tastes. Saw a roach crawling on the surface of where the food was located. Immediately asked for a refund and left.

This is my favorite place to eat. Basically you get to fill a bowl with the meats, vegetables, seasonings, sauces, and sides like Rice and noodles then they cook it for you fresh. I don't even like chocolate but they have this brownie that is soooo good. I think this is the last location that's open which is a shame.

This restaurant is very tired. It needs a good, deep cleaning. Employees were very friendly and helpful. I dislike it when my shoes stick to the floors.

We stumbled across Genghis Grill in San Antonio simply because it was next to our hotel and now it’s become a must-do for our group every summer! Jeff, the owner, is absolutely incredible. He always goes above and beyond to welcome our big group of teachers with kindness, flexibility, and amazing service.

Coordinating a crowd can be a challenge, but Jeff and his team handles it with ease and a smile. The food is always fresh, delicious, and just what we need after a full day of learning and touring. The ability to build your own bowl makes it perfect for everyone, no matter their preferences or dietary needs.

We’re so grateful to have found this spot. It’s more than just dinner, it’s become part of our tradition. Huge thanks to Jeff and his team for making every visit feel like a special one!

The entire staff was wonderful and great. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. There is one All Star out of the group, her name is Avery.

This place is terrible and I should have known it would be since it was empty during lunch time on a Saturday. When I received my food I put some fried rice in a bowl for my grandson who immediately spit it out and he normally likes fried rice. I tried it and it was very undercooked and crunchy. I called over the server and she said she could bring me some noodles. She went to go let the cook know and the cook looked over at me and rolled her eyes, and they both started whispering as the cook continued to side eye me. My husband called the server back and asked for the manager. The server said she is the manager and owner. She claimed they were not talking about me but they indeed were. Needless to say I will never eat there again not just because of the terrible service but the food is mediocre. This place can also use a good cleaning. Especially about the grill that has oil drips coming down.

Our waitress (Marina) worked her tail off as she was the ONLY ONE in the restaurant. Shame on the managers/ owners for leaving her in that position.
