The overall experience was very good. Food temperature and test were good. The only thing I would recommend are some different sauces. More like Mongolian grill sauce choices vs pre made sauces.
I ordered a buy one get one free with ghengis grill. Uber charged me for 2 regular priced large bowls of shrimp fried rice with extra steak but ONLY PUT IN THE SYSTEM 1 BUT STILL CHARGED ME FOR 2!!! There was a crazy back and forth between Uber and I. Through the efforts of The Owner Jeff, Store Manager Avery, and the rest of the staff we got the issue resolved. I’ve been going to this fine establishment for YEARS! It’s not just the food that keeps you coming, it’s the staff....
I’ve been to way better Mongolian grills. Same model but some of the things that I’ve seen that could make the experience better is
1) thin out the sauces, they are too thick.
2) each sauce should represent only one flavor.
For example ginger, just ginger. Soy, just soy. And so forth. Most of the sauces weren’t even Mongolian flavors which makes no sense.
3) There weren’t some of the ingredients I expected such as bean sprouts and sugar...
