First time visiting. It was my birthday gift to my wife who misses Fire Bowl at the Quarry. Same concept: pick meats and veggies and have them fry it up for you. Love the variety of meats to select from. Veggies could've been better had they had bean sprouts though. Fried rice isn't fried rice without bean sprouts. As for the sauces... they need Chinese sauce added to the mix. Too many varieties with flavorings. Need just a basic Chinese sauce for those who don't...

This is my favorite place to eat. Basically you get to fill a bowl with the meats, vegetables, seasonings, sauces, and sides like Rice and noodles then they cook it for you fresh. I don't even like chocolate but they have this brownie that is soooo good. I think this is the last location that's open which is a shame.

We stumbled across Genghis Grill in San Antonio simply because it was next to our hotel and now it’s become a must-do for our group every summer! Jeff, the owner, is absolutely incredible. He always goes above and beyond to welcome our big group of teachers with kindness, flexibility, and amazing service.

Coordinating a crowd can be a challenge, but Jeff and his team handles it with ease and a smile. The food is always fresh, delicious, and just what we need...
