I initially saw the reviews and figured they were about split. I decided to give it a try anyway. They give you a HUGE portion, but while the poke bowl had a lot of sustenance it was kind of just all over the place. Rice with fish and vegetables just thrown on top of each other. No mixing with the sauces or anything. The cream cheese was the weirdest thing, I figured maybe it's a sauce or integrated somehow?? Nope just pieces thrown in there, too. It's not bad, but the fish did have an odd taste, maybe it's the seasonings since I got the spicy, but it could also just be the fish itself. Not a bad price for the amount of food you get, but not my favorite.

Avoid this place at all cost. Decided to give this place a try after visiting their other locations, BIG MISTAKE! We ordered shrimp tempura, bad choice. They tasted like they were breaded 3 weeks ago and fried in old oil. Our main chicken dish was even worse, the chicken tasted like it had freezer burn and was left out on the counter all day...don't waste your hard earned money at this place.

The very generous portions with the poke almost became a moot point since neither the salmon nor the spicy tuna tasted fresh on the evening of my visit. The spicy crab and the Gyoza were good, though.

Smells bad inside and beef yakisoba had very little beef for price.
The quickness that our food made it too the table, makes it seem like it's not cooked to order. I wouldn't return, was not impressed by the food.

I want to start by saying I LOVE ramen and eat at different shops around the city frequently. I never leave reviews. But as soon as i walked into the shop here it smelled so odd. Not of food, of something musty. The server was too busy on the phone to take my order for a few minutes which was fine i guess. The tables were dirty like they'd not been cleaned and mine was very sticky. I had to put down paper towels so my arms didn't touch it. The eggs in my ramen were still cold in the middle. Lastly, the women's bathroom is absolutely filthy. Smelled bad, the trash can looked so so rusted, the handles and any surface you'd need to touch was visibly dirty. I was shocked. I feel bad leaving such a bad review but it was nothing I've ever seen before.

I treated my coworkers to this nearby spot and the food was not fresh. I completely spit the egg out of my mouth, while my other coworker bit into hers and immediately stopped eating. I did express to the person at the register that the food wasn't fresh and he went and brought the cook. I don't think either really understood what I was explaining bc they kept asking if I wanted another bowl or eggs. We decided to stop eating and leave. Other than the food not being fresh the staff was friendly.

I lived in Japan for 12 years. I may not be an expert on ramen or on Japanese food, but I am vary familiar with it. This place seems authentic in terms of atmosphere, friendliness, etc. The food is not really what I would expect from a ramen shop in Japan. It is a bit off. Not bad, but not great. Ramen in Japan is a staple for the average person. This place serves a bowl of soup at a fairly high price which doesn't quite meet the mark IMHO. Of course, I didn't try everything, but I was not all that impressed.
