I got the Raman with crispy chicken and kiwi fruit tea. I really enjoyed both of them and my food came really fast (less than 5 minutes) I forgot to ask the waiters name but she was amazing!

Amazing. We got a miso with vegetables and tofu, and it was absolutely delicious. The miso had a deep flavor, the tofu had a nice, firm texture, and the ramen had the best texture. Very good selection for vegetarians and vegans. Highly recommend!!!

I normally come here with my significant other between 1 and 3 times a month. Spending anywhere from 45-80 on average, but unfortunately after today we will not be returning. I went in to place an order for poke and a few other things, and I wanted to have a few of my poke ingredients on the side(but together) in their own little Styrofoam container. I was told "No. There are NO SPECIAL ORDERS, and it's Poke, so it comes together. If you don't want it, don't get it." I protested, "Oh, but I do want it.. just on the side." He said "You can just take it off if you want it on the side because it's poke." I responded "Okay, I'll eat some else then." And walked out. I will not be back here ever again, and neither will my partner after today. I would of even paid for the Styrofoam container if that was the issue.... But it wasn't. And now they've lost a long-time customer.

Got the crispy chicken Ramen. Would have loved a bit more chicken with the dish, but everything tasted amazing.
I got a side of pork belly added. It was $4.50 and the amount I got for a side was more than I was expecting. I got three very big pieces and it was worth the cost.
Would love to come back and try out more Ramen.

Order via kiosk or employee. Portions are large and the menu is extensive for a small restaurant. Take home is so common, the take home containers are self-service. I will not recommend a beef dish. We got a beef rice dish and a beef yakisoba. Both contained beef with large amounts of fat.

For a $13 plate, you’d think the shrimp would be cleaned well. They don’t devein the shrimp. Watch out for the shrimp poop you may be eating in the tempura.

Grabbed food here after a trip to Daiso. You can either order at your table thru a QR code online or order at the front. However, the tonkotsu ramen broth was too salty for my taste, so that's why it isn't a perfect score. There were lots of people inside during late lunchtime with lots of groups eating inside and fairly spacious with larger booth tables to a spot by the window where you can eat by yourself. The boba was ok and was made quickly so no issues there (photo taken after I drank a bit). They have a lot of customization options too. If you're in the area, it's a no frills place where you can get a seat quickly and eat with your friends and family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you love ramen, don’t do your tastebuds a disservice and eat here. I’m new to the area and wanted to give this ramen place a try (Ito Ramen is the best fyi) well Ginza failed me. This is the McDonalds of ramen shops - no flavor, meat is tough and gross, noodles clump together.

The passion fruit smoothie with boba was good. I give that a 7/10. But do not eat the ramen.

I love Ginza. I usually come here for the poke and fruit tea! It’s been good each time although sometimes the salmon can be a little fatty. The portion is huge for what you’re paying so that’s also a plus.

Look at the photo. Does this look like what portions of teriyaki shrimp should be? 75% rice.....4 bites of shrimp and veg?? I know prices are up, but this is ridiculous.
