I was at my mother in laws 70th birthday day celebration and they were 1.5 hour late. They didn’t double pan the food so it burned. The bottom of the fish they served was definitely burned. The chicken was overcooked and burnt as well. The greens were NOT COOKED, they were still bright green no flavor. The max and cheese tasted burned. This was the worst food ever.

My husband and I had a great experience with GoJohnnyGo Catering. We recently had a newborn and were celebrating our anniversary. The quality of service from my initial inquiry to the actual delivery of service was amazing. If you’re contemplating booking, just do it!!!

Recently our organization was in contact with GoJohnnyGo as a possible caterer for an event we will be holding in a few months. Although we ultimately decided to go with an all-inclusive venue, and will no longer need to hire out a separate caterer, I wanted to write a review to reflect the positive customer service experience I had working with Lara May. She responded within a day of my online submission for a quote request, and from there continued to respond quickly in answering questions, and coming up with a variety of options to work within our budget.I also appreciated Lara May's friendly, professional manner throughout our many email interactions. We will definitely be contacting GoJohnnyGo again, should our next event require catering!

We had some delicious food catered at our meeting including chicken alfredo and spaghetti. For dessert, their cheesecake and custard were to die for! The cremebrule I heard was also great!

This has been THEE MOST amazing experience and food that I’ve ever had in my life!! Truly passionate about his work! I got the itis!!!!!!! ? but frfr Johnny and my boo MATTHEW !!! hands Down ????????

Our Company catered for an event and oh my goodness!! The best barbecue, sausage and chicken I’ve had in a long time!!! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! The sides also amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Can’t wait to order for our next party or family gathering.

I recently attended a birthday party that was serving cheese enchiladas from this business. OMG! Everyone at the table, including me, was amazed at how great it tasted! I will use them for my next event. Awesomeness!

would not recommend to hire GoJohnnyGo. We hired for a catering event for a work thanksgiving and they were over 1 hour late. They did not communicate to us. We tried calling them and they would never answer and when Johnny did he couldn't give us a time as to when it would be delivered. The food was incorrect and it was cold as soon as we got it. Everyone had to heat up their meals. Very unprofessional when we called to let him know this was not acceptable as we had given a time for delivery and he didn't seem to care. we have left voicemails to call us back about the situation and has yet to respond.

Please do note hire this company for large events! We hire GoJohnnyGo to cater our Thanksgiving meal for my company that has over approximately 1,300 employees. We spoke to Johnny who reassured us over and over that they could handle this high number of boxed meals, also ensuring that they would be here on time, as our employees schedules had been adjusted to have an adequate amount of time to enjoy their meal and other festivities that were happening. We booked this for two days and 4 delivery times. We also gave him a time that was an earlier than our break times, so we could ensure the food was good to go and set up. His team was late, communication was EXTREMELY poor, and to top it off they did not even deliver the correct amount of plates. This caused some our employees to not eat.TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND! Save yourself the frustration. Luckily, Bill Millers saved the day and we gave our employees the meal they deserved!

My company hired this Catering Company to cater a holiday meal for over 1000 employees in 2021. They swore they could fulfill the order and deliver a quality meal on the date and time that was requested. Needless to say it was a disaster!! They delivered meals in spurts bringing a few meals at a time and we NEVER got our complete order. Our employees were upset and my Company was so embarrassed we had to hire a second catering company at an additional cost to deliver the meals on a second time and date.

Please do not hire this catering company for large events. They promised to deliver the meals for our large work population. Assured us that the food would be delivered on time and that did not happen, also during the stressful time of waiting on the food they would not respond to our attempts to reach them and find out what was going on. They were supposed to cater meals for two days, so bad on the first day that we cancelled the second day.

Good morning this is very piss poor service and y'all lied I'm a Veteran and this is how you treat people. I paid y'all without hesitation and now when it's time to send my money back it's an issue. Y'all don't respond to text messages but y'all were before y'all had my money. I want my refund now because I don't want to go through my bank but I will. This is very sad and I hope no one else has to experience what I did. I have the messages showing where he said and you I will have my money back it's Wednesday and nothing y'all should be ashamed of the piss poor service and who brings kids to an event and leave them in the car so luckily I have cameras to show that as well. I want my money back now since y'all can't respond all of a sudden

This is the worst possible catering service, DO NOT HIRE them for large events!I work for a large company and want to change things up a little for the holiday meal for our employees. I spoke to Johnny who reassured me that his team could handle 1500 boxed meals. We had scheduled for two days and 4 delivery times. To start his team was late, even though I had purposely told them an hour before the time the event was scheduled to start. Communication was fair before the event. However the day of the event, he would not answer his phone. I kept being told that the rest of the food was to be delivered in 20 min. IT WAS NOT! Not to mention the first delivery was suppose to be 420 plates. It took 4 hours to receive all 420 plates. Also that last set that Johnny delivered had some kind of motor oil on them. Due my company being on a tight scheduled and Johnny and his team not being able to delivery what we were promised, we canceled the 2nd day and requested a refund. We were sent a portion of the agreed refund and are still waiting for the rest. I have since emailed and called and have not received any response.I can not stress enough that this company can not handle large groups, regardless what they tell you. Save yourself the frustration.

Ordered some catering from them for our employees this Friday. It was wonderful!!! We wanted to do a small Thanksgiving lunch for them today and I have to say this was the best dressing ever. And the Yams were too notch!!! Great Mac N Cheese plus rolls on the side. My manager did the meat at our branch.
