By far, the best brisket I’ve ever had next to my dad’s (Mr. G). I’m from San Antonio and I grew up eating brisket all over Texas…..Sauce is not needed on good brisket.
Sliced brisket is not always easy to get right if you don’t know what you’re doing….This pit-master has definitely mastered the pit……

We used go shen bbq for our wedding that was in June 2024. The tasting had me sold. I was very surprised since I am a pescatarian however, my husband is all meat. Sherry provided delicious options for my diet preference. The value is outstanding. We had an open bar so we needed a good meal however other catering was so expensive and the food was nothing to write home about. I took a very picky eater with me to the tasting and he thought it was the best barbecue he ever had so...
I cannot say enough good things about Go’Shen BBQ!!! The food is amazing and the service is top tier!! We have used them for a few events and we absolutely will use them in the future for our parties!
