This place is a gem. We live in Seguin and it's a much shorter drive than having to go all the way into San Antonio. Everything was tasty but we're very glad we thought to ask "what's the one thing we can't miss?" Because that thing is the kimchi fries! It's not an obvious choice/combo but it's absolutely delicious! Got drinks inside the permanent bar and they were cheap and tasty. We will definitely be making this place a regular stop!

Let me start by saying I'm not a vegan. But I do like to eat vegan and vegetarian meals at times. I visited this food truck at screaming chameleon and was not disappointed.

Just got a burger here, it was fantastic, it's a food truck but it's right next to a bar, she offered to bring our food inside. Good chill atmosphere, we'll be back!

Best quesadilla I've ever had. It's not the best vegan quesadilla, the best quesadilla, period. The owner also provided me with information to continue my vegan journey.

We enjoyed the food and the location. We brought our 2 dogs so it was nice to have a spot to do that.

Love the location and the food was great! We both got the patty melt and sweet potato fries! The fries were cooked perfectly! We look forward to visiting again!

My partner and I both got the patty melt with sweet potato fries. They were really good. We like that you can park pretty close and the seating is nice(just wish it wasn't so cold when we went). We also got a Crunchie and a PB cup. Both were yummy! We will definitely be back on our frequent trips to San antonio since it's on our way! Woo-hoo!Vegetarian options: Whole menu is vegan! So automatically vegetarian friendly!Parking: Parking is free and close to truck

Probably the best patty melt I've ever had. Their Snix chocolate bar was really tasty too. I'll definitely be stopping in again when I'm in the area.

Delicious comfort food served with a smile and great spirit! Decently priced and my kids absolutely love it! There is never an argument about going to the "Go Vegan San Antonio" food truck. My 10 year old gets Mac and cheese and the grilled cheese, my 13 year old loves the cheese burgers and fries and I can't pass up the tostones with spicy mayo and burger Mac - soooooo YUM!!! #Veganuary

Existential Crisis

To preface this, I'm not vegan, and I would still 100% recommend this place. We're out for karaoke at The Screaming Chameleon, and they have a lawn with a few good trucks to choose from but I'd been curious about Go Vegan since our last time here! I tried it this time around and was not disappointed. Their tostones were savory, thick - just all around phenomenal and the dipping sauce for it was so good! The sweet potato fries were the perfect mix of sweet and salty and were so deliciously melt-in-your-mouth. I got the patty melt and was pleasantly surprised! I expected the patty to have a strange texture, but it wasn't weird at all! The bread was grilled so nicely, the meat patty had such a nice texture and taste, and to top it all off their ginger berry tea was refreshing!Definitely going to be coming back to try more tasty dishes (and to get more of that ginger berry tea)!
