Food quality has went down. Things have been forgotten constantly with my pick up orders. Not the same place it was years ago

Arrived at restaurant and ordered drinks. Then waitress came to take our order. The whole point of going there was to try their wings and when we put started to order waitress said they were out of wings. I asked her why she didn’t let us know before we sat down and she just looked at us with Bambi caught in headlight look. We paid for our drinks and left

We ate here yesterday and received some of the worst service I have ever experienced. It took nearly 30min to receive our food not to mention our waitress informed us that they were out of Mac n cheese 20 minutes after we ordered. Our waitress (Destiny) paid more attention to her phone than to the patrons. Once we received our order the food was warm but not hot as if had been sitting under a warmer for some time. When we asked to speak to a manager we were told there was no manager on duty. We will NOT eating here again and nor will I recommend anyone to eat here

If I could leave 0 I would. We are from out of town showed up when they opened to a locked door and no one in sight. The called and they said they would be closed til noon. Then added a sign to the door after 11:15Lame

Kay was amazing. Very attentive and made sure our food was perfect. Coming back just for her!

I normally like this place, but the quality was terrible today
They brought me a different appetizer than I ordered, so we had to wait for the correct one to be made.
The chips were burnt and the cheese dip/macaroni cheese were over cooked and dry.
I ordered honey tobasco wings and was served buffalo. We brought it up to the server and she was too scared to tell the cook
Bathrooms were also dirty, won't be back

Manager hides when problems
Servers don’t know their menu
Made plenty of mistakes with no remorse
All orders at my table were messed up
Such a shame used to be a great place it has fallen

This place was trash the manager was rude it was difficult to fix the mistakes they themselves made if I wasn’t persistent in wanting the problem resolved I would have left paying for things I didn’t even order they messed up 4 out of the 4 orders we made the service was so bad despite me being nice and patient

The new Crying tiger sandwich is worth every penny! Overall, the experience was pleasant and me and my family will definitely back.

I was told to try the sandwich Good Morning America and the kitchen staff knocked it out of the park! Service was excellent and I got to have my favorite Grapefruit Radler while watching some college football.

Best place around IF you like bland under seasoned wings. The Hot (buffalo) is like having a naked wing, garlic parm was like baby powder. They were out of all other heat sauces. Just enough fries to cover the bottom of the container but enough carrots and celery to feed a village. Fried pickles, ehh they’re spears. Not great not bad. Definitely wasted some cash.
