My husband and I actually went in side to dine since it was raining. There was a window leaking and water all over the floor. When I notified them they didn't clean it up or even put up a caution sign. The shift leader was screaming orders to the employees in the kitchen the entire time. The Mac&cheese tasted like chemicals or cleaner..

Each time I come through, the wait time is quick with good service. The staff works hard,; however, Eric stands out. He is always so kind, friendly with great customer service skills. Thank you.

Every time I go to Golden Chick on Foster Road, the food is always good and fresh. I love their roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, fries, and especially their rolls. The fruit punch is good as well. The service is quick. I can't say much about the atmosphere on the inside because I always order at the drive thru, but they are attentive in getting my order right and nice at the window.
