The service was up to my standards. The restaurant was very clean. The employees are friendly and efficient. The fried chicken is always so juicy with that perfect crunch. The rolls are so delicious. Shay and Valerie thank you both for the excellent service. I’ll be back again for sure.

Went through the drive-thru and they couldn’t even get the order right after telling them four times. Then, we paid and they gave us our card back and said they charged us for someone else’s order. When we looked at the receipt and told them no you didn’t, the window attendant, Cora, stated yes we did. I had to show her the receipt. So now they send us to a parking spot to wait for our order, so we asked for our drinks since we had to wait 20 minutes for 20 pieces of chicken. They hand us the drinks and say we didn’t charge you for them. So we had to pay again. When we asked why they didn’t do it right the first time, it’s always an excuse if we can’t hear. Then she hands us our drinks and doesn’t label which is which. Then she hands us straws and drops our debit card in the drive thru. Cora was so unprofessional with no customer service. No manager support whatsoever. It’s sad how some of the employees today don’t understand that the customer experience is more important than the employee attitude.

I was in earlier and the manager crystal was so sweet and helpful with my meal. I love the tenders and the gravy was so delicious. You even get free ice cream when you dine in. Thank you to the employee and crystal for making my time there that much better

I would give it no stars if I could. Front desk female employee was rude and had attitude. My 1st time trying Golden Chick. Ordered a sandwich and saw they has gizzards. She said yes they have e gizzards. When I tried ordering them she said they were frozen ( with a lot of attitude) I said ok, thinking it would take longer than usual to cook. I proceeded to order them. She said they are frozen. They are always frozen the truck delivered them laat night frozen. I asked what does that mean to me ordering? Again I have never been here . Again with a ton of attitude. Their frozen so you can't order them! I said okay and left. Why could she say from the beginning sorry we don't have them at this time?

I requested some fresh wings to be fried while I was waiting for my gizzards to finish cooking (which came out under cooked and chewy), so the guy (light skinned heavy set young guy with curly hair) who I guess apparently is the cook pretends like he’s making me some fresh wings when in reality he took those same old lamp warm wings and dropped them back in the grease which cause them to be hard stiff and inedible…the level of disrespect I get from actually being polite with my order and making a simple request seeing that I’m spending my hard earned money is beyond me…it’s sad when the people who request these positions hate when they have to do they job they paid to do, in turn relays to a horrible customer experience…I will no longer return to this location, I’m a truck driver and I come to San Antonio every week, I’ve ate at this location several times never had a problem…I’m truly disappointed with the effort and blatant disrespectful service this young man displayed with his food service….step your game up young man or find a different occupation…fyi he was also co-signed but the tall skinny black kid that worked this shift which handed me the bag with a smile and told me my food was hot and fresh…the audacity…fresh dog food👎🏾
