I initially had a positive impression of this restaurant—the staff I first interacted with were friendly and customer-service oriented, and the buns and sauces were genuinely satisfying. However, my experience quickly took a turn. After returning home, I realized an entire meal was missing from our order. I left my family with their food and headed back to retrieve it. At the counter, I was met with confusion from a staff member who hadn’t served me earlier and insisted I provide my entire order again. Thankfully, another employee recognized me and promptly resolved the issue by handing me the missing meal. Unfortunately, things didn’t improve from there. Once home, my wife pointed out that some of the chicken tenders were undercooked, and the mac and cheese was disappointing in both taste and texture. To top it off, the final staff member I interacted with left me feeling dismissed and unwelcome. While there were a few bright spots, the overall experience was frustrating and inconsistent. For better service and quality, I recommend trying Slim Chickens just around the corner—they’ve consistently delivered friendly service and well-prepared meals.

First time great service the lady at the Drive-thru was very helpful and nice I’ll be coming back to this location super great great service 😊
3 strikes and you’re out! We will never return. We have tried this location three times, and every time there is a major issue. In the latest attempt, we ordered ahead and went to pick it up in the drive thru lane. Once we left we noticed two issues, they forgot an item we paid for and they seemed to give us two thighs, when we paid the up charge for a chicken breast. So we return to the location and told them. They asked us to drive forward and show our order, which we did. They then asked us to check our food in the drive thru again, and we did. They then asked for our food back so they could check it themselves. They came said and said one piece was in fact a chicken breast. It was the smaller of the two pieces and we hardly believed it until he pointed to the rib bones. Mind you, this gentleman works the register and is now handling our food with unloved/unwashed hands. We then request the missing item and utensils (which they also forgot, despite us having sides like mashed potatoes and mac and cheese). The food, speed, and lack of customer service were all poor and reflect on our other previous attempts at golden chick at this location. We will never come back or give them our business again.

I have be honest. This was my first and VERY last time eating from this restaurant. I give it a five for customer service. Wait time and food presentation. But oh my god. The fried chicken was Very under seasoned. It was very crispy. But pack flavor. I was sorely disappointed. The sides were held all the seasoning. Im so sorry, but if you are looking for flavorful fried chicken, you’re better off going to raising canes.
