1st time they were friendly at the drive thru and guaranteed me that everything was in the bag. Got home and the gravy wasn’t in there. 2nd time in Drive-through The lady actually shut the window while I was talking to her. Then, when I got my daughter‘s order home, it was the wrong order. We called and asked to speak to the manager and found out that that was the general manager that slammed the window shut. Absolutely unacceptable. 3rd and last time was today rude workers and when I was ordering you could hear the workers through the speaker arguing. Never again. I don’t recommend.

The manager, Dilan, was super helpful and checked in to make sure everything was good, which I really appreciated. You can tell he cares about the customers. i had a really good experience here thanks to dilan and carmen. as soon as i walked in, they were welcoming and straightforward, which i appreciated. it’s not often you get staff who handle your order efficiently and still make you feel comfortable.
dilan was patient since it was my first time, and he made sure my order was correct. carmen was also really nice and kept a good vibe while helping people. together, they made the whole visit smooth and easy.
the food came out fresh and hot, but honestly, their service is what stood out the most. they turned a quick food stop into a solid experience.
this golden chick location is lucky to have them, and i’ll definitely be back.

The manager Carmen was very attentive and aware of our time. The oven had went down and she made a point to inform us and apologized for the wait. She offered us refreshments and a small appetizer to accommodate the wait. She was very professional. We most definitely will be back.
