I finally will declare my bobba tea best place so far! Went to Gong Cha while charging EV car. We usually go to a nearer boba tea place but I’ve been wanting to try this one out. I got large green tea mango with the boba pearls and mango jelly. Perfect sweetness, tasted fresh, and real mango chunks. Family had taro bobba! 10% military discount off. Very cute place and the staff was very knowledgeable. Recommended!!!

Worst Gong Cha location ever! Gong Cha used to be great, but this location is a total disappointment. The drinks are overpriced, the service is subpar, and they're always out of boba. Don't waste your time or money here, just go to Art Tea next door. You'll be treated much better, and they'll never be out of boba.
Always amazing service and beautiful ambience. I also do delivery from Uber from time to time and everything is always packaged with care and kept cold .

Place is hit or miss. Depends on who makes the Boba. This last time I visited it was horribly made I asked for taro slush and it had no flavor, I was only able to taste the milk and ice no taro. Kind of disappointing to pay almost $8 for milk and ice. Place should train employees a bit better.

It’s extremely good and has good ratio I love coming here it is amazing but sometimes (3 times) it didn’t have tapioca which was extremely disappointing and had to go to a different location that did.

Wish you can rate no stars or bad experience because this visit was so sour but I can’t so. First off I’m a huge boba tea person and gong cha has been my go to for many years now (guilty pleasure strawberry milk tea). Sadly It seems the customer service just lacks now. I stepped in Today at Culebra commons location and Christian was working, when placing my order like I’ve placed it many other times at both this and bandera location for light ice he proceeds to tell me we can’t adjust the ice level (like what? What if I don’t like ice period? You’re telling me I can’t order my drink with no ice??) Then I ask for light sweet on my other drink, he replies with an almost unpleasant response we don’t do light sweet we do 50% 30% or 0%. I drive here past my home almost on a weekly basis from work just to have my sweet treat. In addition just a few minutes before I was balling my eyes out at my baby’s 4 month check up getting her shots, this was where I chose to come here for a light pick me up! The utter lack of hospitality made me feel unwarm, unwelcome and made me feel as if it were just an obligation in taking my order. Where’s the pleasant hospitality in this place as paying customers gong cha? You should want to make us feel warm, welcome and valued as a customer. Gong cha you need to do better, very disappointed this has ruined the vibe for me!
