Arrived 9/7 5 PM. Store was dead. 2 Employees standing around. Ordered 3 drinks with boba. They didn't notice they ran out of boba and said it would take 15 min to make. What a disappointment. Just read a lot of the 1 star reviews and they seem to be all legit.

I've been to this location twice, once when they opened and another time in the afternoon. Both times I ordered boba in my drink and they didn't have any boba either time. It's a boba shop with no boba. I recommend proper time/resource management: if you see your boba is running low, perhaps start a new batch before you completely run out. Thank you!

Went in today at around 8:40pm, no customers there. Two college-aged servers with 4-5 other kids there seemed to have too much fun to care about me having orders. They donât have any customer service skills whatsoever. When they handed the drinks they gave cold looks and turned around (mind you leave > 10% tips). They really didnât want to have anything to do there (and hence the low google rate AND no customers). Plus they ran out of mini-boba. Rude customer service ran by inexperienced young servers. Wonât come back if I donât have to. PS: drinks not bad.

Their automatic ordering touch computer shows promotions that they does not honor when given the order, they come up with excuses and want you to purchase more

This was my second time trying Gong Cha, but my first time at this location. The shop was bright, spacious and very clean. The guy at the front was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service from the moment I walked in. He even let me know about their XL size upgrade for just a dollar more. Great deal! The drink tasted just as good as the other location I visited, so I know the quality is consistent. Definitely will be coming back to this location!

I have come 5 times within the last few weeks at different times of the day and have been told that they donât have, boba pearls, milk teas, etc. when we finally spoke to a so called shift lead we were told âmaybe come earlierâ when we they still had 45 minutes before they closed. The man who claimed to be the shift lead that had a bunch of tattoos was just unbothered and condescending from the jump. We were annoyed because this has happened several times and his choice to be that unprofessional just solidified that he did not care about the customers. I have so many points Iâve saved up and his choice to be like that just made me delete the app all together. Unfortunate.
