Gong Cha San Antonio

I usually love this shop but today i went and there was only one man working, he did not greet or even look at me and my friend when we walked in and we were the only one people in the shop, so we ordered at the kiosk. This then created an issue that could have been solved had he greeted us or just took our order himself seeing as we were the only ones in the shop. We placed our order for 2 large drinks with boba pearls and paid. Once he sees the order go through he then mentions that he actually has no more boba pearls and it would be an hour wait for more. I was upset because now we have to cancel and refund that money which will take several days, which wouldn’t have happened if he would’ve just told us before hand.

I asked for boba and more but when I got my order it wasnt there. I haven’t notice untill I left and they charged me for it.

I just when there today and I Oder 4 drinks but the drinks make still missing some toppings. The boba mill tea the not that good I hope they make better

I love Gong Cha. I often go to the one by Culebra Commons. I went here today 11/23/2024 in Bandera Point location, the two girls on duty this afternoon was not very pleasant. Must be because she does not have any patience with us having questions and her explaining about the drink. She was rolling her eyes at my friend. Very rude! I guess I’ll have to stick at Culebra commons.

I'm not sure how the toppings were prepared, but they didn't pair well with the tea. It tasted more like honey water than green tea.

Service here is absolutely horrible! I have walked in this location 3 times now and gotten no acknowledgment at all. Will not be visiting here again as the service here SUCKS!!!

There is something very shady about being told that an entire truck of merchandise was lost by the manager, only to be told that the FFXIV collab items are sold out by another. I only came here for that reason a little while ago, but some things are not adding up. I did order drinks here at a later date, but they really weren’t very good.

10 people in line waiting . I personally Waited 5 minutes at the register with no help or interaction indicating somebody will be with us. One person only working and looked stressed out and frantic - just left so I didn’t add to the stress. I have been her before a few times and there is always problems. Whether it’s one person working, the boba isn’t made and will take 30 minutes etc- Went to Artea. And recommend them any day over this place.

Amazing Thai Milk Mango Milk tea?? They remade the drink for me while i got some lychee with an oreo combination and did jot like it. The two girls in the front clearly know what they are doing and suggested some great stuff

Our Matcha Boba and Brown Sugar Boba were so delicious! Not a fancy place, kinda sterile, but clean and delicious! Staff is helpful and pleasant!!

I wrote a previous review with a 5 star and how I love this place. However; today i am writing another with a one star. I noticed an adjusted amount on my card today from a purchase. See photos what the original ticket text was and see the adjusted amount was in my bank account. I even had a text receipt for the original amount. Not to mention, I waited 30 minutes for the boba to be made. Seems to me there was shadyness that somebody added themselves a “tip”

We were heading home from a yummy dinner and decided to stop for boba at gong cha. The drinks were very delicious; we got the regular milk tea with tapioca, the strawberry milk tea with milk foam and taro milk tea with star jellies. The service was quick and the restaurant was very clean. Highly recommend :)

Evelyn And Anthony had great customer service they were very Knowledgeable about the drinks.My drinks were on point and my waffle.Ice cream was super good, I will be back
