The wintermelon milk tea with egg pudding I got was good, though a little too sweet even when I asked for less sweet. The service is quick and the interior is super spacious. Will return if in the area!

Yesterday I came in to get some boba, not only was the drink delicious the two ladies working there were so sweet and greeted me with a warm smile! The young ladies were very hard working. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Very expensive and they still don't have the appropriate lids for the creme brulee tea, which is supposed to have a torched, caramelized top. Disappointed. However, I have lost my phone at a Gong Cha at multiple locations, and they have been kind enough to give it back to me, so I am willing to keep giving them my business.Parking: Parking was available right in front of the shop.Kid-friendliness: They have a happy hour for high schoolers and this is a kid friendly tea shop.

The drink variety and quality are excellent. The interior of this chain is also very clean and interactive; maps on the wall. However it seems that the young employees cannot deal with any type of adversity. I recently visited a location on Bandera rd in San Antonio. The young lady helping told me she had no coins for change. I explained that I have the exact amount. She got upset and did not know how to calculate the change properly. She got an instant attitude and told me that it does not work this way. I explained about the coins and gave her the answer to the math. The employee got so worked up, she had to step out to cool off. They need better training at home. We will find another location to get our drinks

This is my second visit to this location and they keep getting my drinks wrong both times I got for pick up. I called to speak to a manager and told them politely to the shift manager and he said suureeee, bye.. not only is that rude it's not how Texans act but you from Los Angeles. I literally just got juice poured not a milk tea or yogurt drink both times. Terrible service, terrible employees, and terrible boba.

This location doesn’t know how to make drinks and the short little girl employee with a frizzy dark ponytail is rude.*AmendmentWhile my drinks were made incorrectly the first time due to miscommunication, when they were remade they were still wrong. The employee who made my drinks didn’t acknowledge me at all. She walked away without saying a word. Even after remaking my drinks she didn’t say anything and left them on the counter. A different male employee apologized.When I said my drinks were made wrong again and there was no creme brûlée topping, all the employees just looked at me and didn’t say anything…. So I walked out to avoid taking my frustration out on anyone.If the employees weren’t rude and know how to make drinks then how did you know what drinks were mine?

Was craving bubble tea so I stopped by here because it was nearby and it had pretty good reviews.The place is cozy and clean, with a shelf of boardgames for playing and tables for sitting.The customer service was nice! They were extremely patient with me as I was taking my order and looking through their menu, and made a great recommendation on what flavor milk tea to get.As for the boba, it was amazing! Not too gushy but also not any crunch - just perfect. The environment was really clean, but I was especially impressed by the taste of my drink! Alec and Isaac were super fast and were nice enough to give me a recommendation and have conversation with me. I felt more like a friend than a customer, definitely coming back!

I always always get the strawberry milk tea with star jelly! Best boba out there. Even got some friends who don't like milk tea to become ADDICTED TO IT! I really like this location specifically for their employees! They recommend things if you're uncertain about what to get. We were going to order a milk coffee drink but remembered we hated it! The employee suggested the creme brûlée coffee, which they make with condensed milk-- it was essentially a Vietnamese coffee!! Super good and the only drink my partner likes there.The place is always clean. And for the holidays, they have a gorgeous HUGE tree!
