Lemonade 100% Gorditas 100% Flautas 100% Service is always good, you have to wait for perfection though, handmade is handmade after all. There is a reason this place is packed every Saturday morning. If youre vegetarian and GF, get the Rajas con Queso en maiz, son SABROSISIMOS. Cross contamination possible.

They make Gorditas Torreón style by hand, and they have so many different fillings to choose from, mole, carne guisada, chicharrón, and more!

On the recommendation of an orderly @ University Hospital, we came to the South Flores location. Our party of 3 each had 2 Gorditas. We tried the tinga, deshebrada & picadillo Gorditas de maíz al carbón. So delicious & generously filled! The cafe de olla is the best I’ve ever had! Our server was Cynthia. She was patient with our questions and so very sweet! Cynthia was very attentive & kept checking on us. This location has an awesome “hole in the wall” vibe!...
