We rented linens for our wedding from Got It Covered Events. They were super helpful to work with and reasonably priced. They also made pick-up easy. The only downside was some of the spandex chair covers had small rips in them, and some of the table covers had stains on them. But luckily it wasn't totally obvious once everything came together, and the linens turned out beautifully.

Me and my fiancé made the mistake of signing a contract with Got it Covered Events in September this year. We were initially impressed with their reviews and low prices and how much you got for what you paid. However, after learning this week that they were banned from serving at our wedding venue due to some issues that unfolded, we quickly realized their lack of integrity. I called Martha (Co-owner) to request a refund and was quickly met with a refusal to refund us and claims that we should be the ones to pay her in full for the services not rendered. We've consulted with several lawyers who all state that we were entitled to rescission since Got it Covered Events was unable to fulfill their contract due to circumstances that were not reasonably anticipated at the time of signing the contract. Even still, she claimed that her contract stated no cancellations for any reason. Unfortunately, this will not stand well with the courts. There is an impossibility for performance, which entitles us to a refund regardless of what is stated in the contract. Impossibility is grounds to rescind the contract based on the law and supersedes everything else. I will send a certified letter requesting a refund due to this business's lack of accountability and willingness to make it right with the customer. Brides, it's not worth giving your business to a company that lacks integrity, even if you save a little more money. Spending money on a company that acts ethically and in good faith is better and will save you the stress in unprecedented situations like this.

The foodies of the family were raving about the food all night long, and the service was so well executed! Their office location is very far from us so picking up the linens a day early for our florist to decorate was a little inconvenient, but not the worst thing in the world. They gave us the wrong black linens so the next day we met half way with them to grab the rounds, which again isn’t the end of the world at all just a minor inconvenience. Their food was really good, but probably my favorite thing from booking them was their clear and informative email to begin the process. They lay it all out for you so you’re not guessing about what’s included or what isn’t, what pricing is, etc. All the information was there and I really appreciated it because it was almost like pulling teeth with the other caterers to get that information. We also had the late night taco snack and they were absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend Got It Covered.*disclaimer, the satin runners were ours, we did not rent them

I would have given them a higher review if my husband didn’t walk in on them talking about us as customers. I found them in advance and they started off great. Worked with what I needed. But when it came to the payment I thought I thought I paid in full. I was wrong and after looking at my accounts realized I didn’t. So I paid before we dropped them off. When my husband walked in to drop of the table cloths he heard them stating that “wouldn’t you know if you paid with cash or card!” He stated he was their to drop off for us and their tone changes quickly. In general you really shouldn’t talk bad about other customers when their is other customers in the store. Won’t be coming back to this establishment

From the start Got it Covered was straightforward and went over the whole process with us. They also recommended our wonderful Day of Coordinator Tracy and I couldn’t thank them enough for that!! The food was incredibly delicious and we got many compliments that it was the best catering food they ever had. With Got It Covered, if you choose to them for catering they give you an added option and we chose the street tacos. The street tacos were a huge hit at the wedding and everyone loved it!! I would recommend Got it Covered to anyone that needed catering!
