Grady's BBQ - San Antonio, TX

Food was awesome. It was so so good, but to me something just wasn't right. I've been coming here for years, and it's always been great, but there were hardly any people in there, and the ones that were in the "party room" were playing bunco. I don't know I just couldn't catch that vibe...

One day i had went to Grady’s BBQ and i was sitting in with my family and i had this one cashier who told me her name was teresa and she was so kind ! i am very glad we had a chance to have a wonderful cashier because now days it’s so hard to find cashiers who take their time out for you and don’t come at you rude. It was my families first time coming here so we didn’t know what to order she helped us out and recommended great things. Everything was lovely and my really enjoyed the food and service..

Very open, family friendly restaurant! They have BBQ, seafood, tenders, chicken, and desserts. EVERYTHING is delicious and has the best spices! They know how to season! (Try the bbq sauce and spicy mac and cheese). The staff is very friendly and they have great discounts for frequent flyers (also secret menu if you dine in). My fiance brought me here for my first time a year ago and it's still as great as the first time.

DISAPPOINTED to say the least. Brought my family here for a quick dinner while on a different side of town. 40 mins from home … a waste of $50 used to come here all the time as a kid. Definitely won’t be returning plus receipt didn’t add up to what was advertised on the menu. Beans tasted spoiled, chicken was bloody.

Decent BBQ! The chicken tenders are my favorite, though! Definitely give this place a try if you're in the mood for some BBQ. If you're a fan of fried mushrooms, give the ones here a shot. They're good!

Very nice aged smoke aroma when you walk in. Stopped in for lunch on my delivery routes after driving by many times. Great lunch stop for Barbecue if you're in the area. Be sure and smash this SA original!

I ordered sausage sandwich but got brisket. The sausage was very tasty! I got mushrooms and they were the best!!! Food is always good here!

My family and I went to this location on Friday and the service is Amazing. The food was well cooked it was Fresh and hot. The ladies that are working the front counter have excellent costumer service. The lady that prepared the food I believe her name was Teresa she was super helpful and nice. My family and I got a mixture of Fried food and bbq and it was amazing

This was a to go order fries was a very small portion they were cold and dry and asked for extra pickels and that was a no go as well called to speak to Manager and she had the most awful customer service ever trying to speak over me when im explaining and saying she can't help me and when I was trying to ask for her name or ask for the GM and she hung up on me. I don't recommend this place to anyone and they don't deserve any business with poor management like this.

Where is the beef ? I have always enjoyed the brisket sandwich plate with fries and sweet tea. I stopped by today for early dinner and this time I was disappointed. I was basically served a bread sandwich. The sandwich had 5 very small and thinly sliced pieces of brisket I could hardly taste or feel the texture of the brisket. I will be fair and say the bread, the extra crispy fries and sweet tea were good. In the past the portion of brisket in the sandwich was plentiful. I understand that restaurant are struggling, but significantly changing the portion size is not good for business. I would have preferred to pay more to enjoy my brisket sandwich than being g served the bread sandwich I got. You can and should do better Grady's.

Service was friendly, always is! The food was outstanding. Had the catfish dinner and salad, so fresh. Took 1/2 # ribs home for next day. Fall off the bone tender. My mouth is watering now.

Was previously there around 3weeks ago for a Birthday gathering the food was great especially the brisket and the fried mushrooms w/gravy and the service as well, especially the ladies at the counter. Had to go again a few days ago couldn't resist that Brisket and mushrooms, and the sweet customer service. Keep up the good food and service.

Great food and great service the lady at the register was very nice. when I asked her about the points card she helped me and I was able to get my points same day..so cool food was great too. Tenderstrips were great and hot and my husband ribs and brisket were good too Thanks hadn't been to Grady's in a while well actually that was my 2nd time... was great.

Went through the drive through. Was super excited to get some good bbq. Unfortunately Grady’s DID NOT deliver. Fatty brisket. Bland meatless pinto beans. 3 bland and small tenders. Missing a side of the cream corn. Very underwhelming for $40. Womp womp

Food was excellent. We were a large party and everything was delicious. The lady serving us was very friendly and kind. Thank yiu for a nice experience.
