The little Pig Out is enough food to feed a family of 5 comfortably. The meats are cooked to tender perfection. Their fried okra is fabulous. The tea is always fresh.
They used to be good. They are now awful. 2 plates of brisket and sausage. The brisket was very fatty and had absolutely no smoke flavor. The coleslaw was definitely not fresh and almost spoiled. 2 plates of food like that cost $40. This is just my and my wife’s experience.
I am not big on BBQ but my friends are. They thought it was decent. I got the brisket tacos and liked them. Sadly at the end I wrapped half my food to go and went to the bathroom. The people there threw my food away because they assumed I had left they said. Mind you I was in the bathroom for less than 5 min. So maybe not throw people's food right away..especially because maybe one could end up going to their car and coming right back if they realize they left it. It was nicely wrapped up like I wanted to take it to go. It just makes me so mad when people do this.
Might be the worst brisket I’ve ever had. Take a look at the pic….it was as dry as it looks and zero flavor and no smoke ring to prove it. Ribs…there was a lot of them but they were as bland as the napkin. $31 for a rib and brisket plate with no flavor. As for the beans and green beans….eh?Spend your money somewhere else. Don’t believe me…look at the pic; dry as sandpaper
Came from RI and wanted some real southern ribs. Ribs were fall off the bone excellent! Highly recommend for the rib lover!!!
I went into the restaurant about 5 o'clock to pick up dinner to bring home to my wife my three-year-old and my one year old. I waited for over 20 minutes and was told no less than three times they were working on my order. Finally a second team member asked to see my receipt. She realized that they had given my food to someone else by mistake and then told me I would need to wait at least another 10 minutes for them to remake my food. Unable to wait any longer I asked for a refund. I tried to get the name of the general manager or the owner but was met with a lot of resistance and was told the general manager didn't have a number and if I wanted a number to Google it. Wow I'm the customer I'm the one who got no food I'm the one who had to go home to Hungry kids and then I'm treated like I've done something wrong. What kind of business practice is this? So upsetting so frustrating and so unnecessary. I give it one star and I do not recommend anyone go to this location. Thank you for taking the time to read this review.
Great food. Pretty good meeting room.
Service is slow and people that ordered first got their food last. Ribs tasted oven cooked. Chicken fried chicken had more crust than chicken. Place is not crowded but staff is slow. This Grady’s is on Bandera Road.
Had the Chuck Wagon family pulled pork sandwich meal.Absolutely outstanding! Bread was toasted just right and the pork was tender and tasty without sauce!Great Job!
If you want really good fried catfish this is the place to come to. I have eaten here for years and the barbecue has always been first rate, but, when you're craving fish they can't be beat.Whether in terms of amount, flavor, price, or friendliness this is the place to come.

First of all this Grady’s used to be a go to of ours for a good bbq meal at a fair price; not any more. I was shocked as soon as I walked in the door and saw how expensive their menu was, $40. for a pound of brisket and $12.99 sandwich combos (No more daily specials). I do realize that food prices have gone up across the board; but the quality of bbq brisket I received definitely wasn’t worth the price. The brisket I received was very grisly and to top it off 20% of my brisket was large chunks of fat; *and not the marbled type that you would expect from a decent bbq brisket joint. But in all fairness their French fries were great. ????
Everything was completely dry. It was like from 5 days ago. We threw most brisket away. The mashed potatoes were from those instant just add water mashed potatoes.I dont understand how they are still in business.I paid 96 dlls for 1 lbs of brisket, half a rack of pork ribs and half a lbs of sausage.
The first time I ate here I ordered a brisket plate and was told they were out of brisket. I ordered a turkey plate and it was fine but just didn't satisfy my craving for brisket. I went back the following week and was able to get the brisket plate and it the spot. Today and decided to order turkey and was told they were out of turkey and large cups. I walked out and have decided not to go back because of this experience. Maybe this is the reason the place has been empty the times I visited Grady's.
Good food and prices I ordered 3 meat plate cooked right
The smaller party room was extremely filthy. Had a party over the summer and was extremely disappointed. The floors were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The walls were also dirty and had previous tape and tacks from other parties . The food was behind and didn’t come out in time . A lot of the food on the menu was not available. Bathrooms were horrible and out of toilet paper, also had p*** all smeared every where .
