The little Pig Out is enough food to feed a family of 5 comfortably. The meats are cooked to tender perfection. Their fried okra is fabulous. The tea is always fresh.

They used to be good. They are now awful. 2 plates of brisket and sausage. The brisket was very fatty and had absolutely no smoke flavor. The coleslaw was definitely not fresh and almost spoiled. 2 plates of food like that cost $40. This is just my and my wife’s experience.

I am not big on BBQ but my friends are. They thought it was decent. I got the brisket tacos and liked them. Sadly at the end I wrapped half my food to go and went to the bathroom. The people there threw my food away because they assumed I had left they said. Mind you I was in the bathroom for less than 5 min. So maybe not throw people's food right away..especially because maybe one could end up going to their car and coming right back if they realize they left it. It was nicely wrapped up like I wanted to take it to go. It just makes me so mad when people do this.

Might be the worst brisket I’ve ever had. Take a look at the pic….it was as dry as it looks and zero flavor and no smoke ring to prove it. Ribs…there was a lot of them but they were as bland as the napkin. $31 for a rib and brisket plate with no flavor. As for the beans and green beans….eh?Spend your money somewhere else. Don’t believe me…look at the pic; dry as sandpaper

Came from RI and wanted some real southern ribs. Ribs were fall off the bone excellent! Highly recommend for the rib lover!!!

I went into the restaurant about 5 o'clock to pick up dinner to bring home to my wife my three-year-old and my one year old. I waited for over 20 minutes and was told no less than three times they were working on my order. Finally a second team member asked to see my receipt. She realized that they had given my food to someone else by mistake and then told me I would need to wait at least another 10 minutes for them to remake my food. Unable to wait any longer I asked for a refund. I tried to get the name of the general manager or the owner but was met with a lot of resistance and was told the general manager didn't have a number and if I wanted a number to Google it. Wow I'm the customer I'm the one who got no food I'm the one who had to go home to Hungry kids and then I'm treated like I've done something wrong. What kind of business practice is this? So upsetting so frustrating and so unnecessary. I give it one star and I do not recommend anyone go to this location. Thank you for taking the time to read this review.

Great food. Pretty good meeting room.

Awful! Ordered two entrees - chicken fried steak dinner and the catfish dinner. The chicken fried steak was tough, too much breading, and inedible. They also forgot the mashed potatoes with the entree. The fried catfish was chewy and the Texas toast was burnt to a crisp, yet the employees looked at it and still decided to serve it. This was a takeout order, ordered in the restaurant, and I was literally the only customer in the place.

Service is slow and people that ordered first got their food last. Ribs tasted oven cooked. Chicken fried chicken had more crust than chicken. Place is not crowded but staff is slow. This Grady’s is on Bandera Road.

Had the Chuck Wagon family pulled pork sandwich meal.Absolutely outstanding! Bread was toasted just right and the pork was tender and tasty without sauce!Great Job!

If you want really good fried catfish this is the place to come to. I have eaten here for years and the barbecue has always been first rate, but, when you're craving fish they can't be beat.Whether in terms of amount, flavor, price, or friendliness this is the place to come.

Was having my car worked on across the street and stopped by for a late lunch. I was surprised at how good the food was. The fried catfish tasted fresh and was flaky and well seasoned. The onion rings and fries were hot, crisp on the outside, tender inside and well-seasoned. The catfish basket and an order of onion rings was three meals for me.

Been here a few times and it was PASSABLE. Almost like 1 notch above Bill Miller's but not quite as bad. Today...it was bad. A plate with Turkey and Brisket comes out to $20 and you don't get a drink. Turkey was served cold the Brisket almost the same, but it literally tasted boiled, just like Bill Miller's. Mac and cheese had no seasoning, even the Kraft one out the box tastes better. The fries, were decent but once again, not even warm. Like wtf did I just pay for??? No thank you for being ripped off after we left. it's safe to say i'll never go back to this place again. i could have pulled lunch meat from my refrigerator out, slapped it on a paper plate and been more satisfied

Soooo good. Very good service/nice people and wonderful food. They were so patient with us. We ate brisket/sausage/chicken strips and catfish. All were amazing.

The family had Grady's for dinner last night it was absolutely awesome I loved the green beans the brisket was extremely tender and my daughter loved the french fries. My guy had enough left for lunch today. He never has left overs but that two meat plate were large portions.
