As a New Orleans native gumbo is a sacred dish so it’s very hard to impress me. The gumbo from And Gravy has did more than impress me. This was one of the best gumbos I’ve had since leaving home. It was rich and flavorful. Each spoonful was filled with meat and seafood. The chef knocked this New Orleans favorite out of the park. 10/10 highly recommend

Was lucky enough to catch them at my apartments. Limited menu that day only sides were fries and green beans.Ordered Wings, Catfish and Shrimp, and Pork Chops.Large portions! Made to order, all fresh! EVERYTHING is seasoned very well.Will definitely try to catch them again!

What a cute, clean trailer with great messages on the back, of positive living! Saw this food trailer at the fair, and catfish was on the menu for $10. That is an easy price, I guess, but I would have rather had 2 pieces of catfish for that price! (it was sooooo good!) The service upon ordering is very friendly and welcoming! We ordered the catfish and cooked up fresh, some minutes pass by, but we enjoyed the atmosphere of a fun fair while waiting. Our baskets each came with one large full fillet of catfish, fresh, breaded, and hot! Fries, and a piece of brioche bread. There are no corners cut in the preparation and quality of this food! The fish was perfectly flaky, with a crispy seasoned from-scratch breading. (family secret recipe?) The fries were hot and the bread on bottom was a sweet treat. Dare I say we had seconds?!
