Great American Cookies

I was very disappointed in the service I received at this location. I ordered a 2 large cakes 2 days ahead. When it was time to pick up 2 days later they did not have them ready. You would think spending 100.00 I would get I am sorry or a coupon to return and get something for the mess up. No nothing!This meant the lunch that was to have cake did not have cake at 1:00 as planned. The cake was ready at 3:00ish not at 1:00 as ordered 2 days in advance!Not a fan! If they had said I am very sorry here is a coupon please come back at your convenience and get this on us! I would have been like everyone messes up but this was not acceptable to mess up an event and not make it right!

I called to place a order and the person that answer was being rude that I could not place a order after a certain time and then I ask if they Guarantee that my order would be done in 15 mins like it says there and she said yes turn out I go during my lunch hour hoping I will get the costume made cookie which was just letters they didn't have it until 5pm horrible customer service at least be honest

Cookies so uneven and employees don't know what there own App on phone looks like gave me hard time trying to use it I walked away

The new girl with dirty blonde hair who was not wearing a mask i came aug 4 first off the girl was really rude she was making a face from the minute we got there ive never had any bad experiences here but that girl really did have an attitude for no reason she didnt even smile or greet us and seemed really bothered and we asked for extra ice and she didnt even put extra ice in it.

Antonio was the best! Patient, knowledgeable and super nice!! So glad to order our son's birthday cookie from him.

Terrible people with terrible service attitude, requiring masks to order when the governor & state does not require masks.

This place is so ridiculous!!! Customer service at its worst. Tea tasted super old. when asked for extra ice she rolled her eyes and still lut the bare minimum. I loved these cookies, especially the ice but its not worth going back for somones attitude To ruin your whole day. So over it!

Was my sons birthday today. Called in the order yesterday. And went to pick up the cookie cake and wasn’t ready. Was asked to come back in 20-30 mins which we came back in over a hour. To this. Incomplete cake missing writing and not fully baked.

Loved the pink sugar cookies. The cashier was the sweetest boy ever
