The cookies were soft and warm. I’m not sure what people are talking about when they write negatively of the quality of the customer service or cookies, I say this because I thought they tasted good and the customer service was what you would expect(maybe I got lucky and got a good team member, idk). Anyways, to each their own tho I guess. Regardless, if you are in the area and craving cookies, I would recommend checking out this establishment.
I went to the one in south park mall in san antonio and unfort, i can’t remember the name of the girl i spoke with who decorated my cake, but it giving her specifically 5 stars. (she was early 20’s, had glasses maybe, idk)
