The young female working there on Saturday 04/07 was acting rude annoyed when I was asking simple questions like pricing and what’s inside some of the cookies. Cookies were 5/5 but her attitude was a solid 1/5

I placed my cookie cake order online 2 days in advance because I wanted their largest pan size. They called 17 minutes before it was scheduled to be ready stating they would need to delay the order an hour later because it would take some time to bake. They did give me a heads up over the phone that the kiosk location for order pick up is different than the one indicated here on Google maps which I appreciated. The handwriting on this is unacceptable. I wish I had asked them to re-do it with just a border but I was already rushing due to the initial delay.Even if the writing wasn’t particularly pretty the words spacing should be somewhat planned. If it was too many words, or their decorator was out, I wish they would have told me. I could have modified my order and been slightly disappointed but not have an actually unprofessional product for a work event.

Great cookies but they also forget about your order even though they call you to make sure you are getting it the next day. Fail!!! And the decoration was not the best.

My son didn't want cake or cupcakes for his birthday, so he requested a cookie cake. I was able to order it as soon as they opened, and it was ready within 2 hrs for pickup. Cookie was delicious. There are several downsides I work 12 to 9 they open from 12 to 9. So I had to try to find someone willing to go to the mall the day before Christmas Eve to pick it up. That is the second downfall it was in the mall, so I had to find parking and walk through the mall. Last, it is on the pricey side, but for my son's birthday, it was worth it

Placed an online order for 12 cookies to be delivered. I only received 4. I paid almost $40 for my order. When I called the store, first the employee said the prices were raised and not reflected online. When I told her it was ridiculous that I paid almost $10 per cookie since I only received 4, she then stated that she only made and sent 4 because the order printed out hard for her to read. I said I understand that but I need refunded for the 8 I paid for and didn’t receive. I was told I had to speak with the manager who was not in at the time and that she would call me the next day. I did not receive a call so I have been calling and now they ask who they are speaking with and then keep saying she is not in. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Do not place an online order for delivery because you will be charged and cheated out of your money!

These are random kart kiosks in the mall, not a dedicated space like in other malls so I'm not sure what the ste # refers to on Google. Also explains why the map doesn't accurately place you there, it's easy to miss and there is one by the H&M and one right in front of Macy's. This review is in regards to the one in front of Macy's. The cookies taste like they were baked on pans with cleaning products still on it. You know how you can smell Fabuloso, well I imagine this is what it tastes like. It was very apparent. Some of my cookies were old and you can tell because the sugar had crystalized a lot. It was just not good, very disappointed.

I have ordered 2 cookie cakes from here in the last 6 months. The first order was not completed by the pick up time (and I was an hour past the time slot). Once they brought it out, they had misspelled my daughters name. It was right on the order placed 2 days prior- but after waiting over 30 minutes I just took the cake and fixed it myself.Today, I went to pick up my order and their telephone number went to voicemail over and over. It was a curbside delivery so I was very frustrated. I had to park and walk in the mall to get it. It was the largest size cake and because at North Star they have 2 locations, of course it was at the one I parked farthest from. When I told them that the telephone number was going to voicemail - she acted so confused and even had me call it. I took the cake that I had carried through the whole mall to a party this afternoon and told the group about my experience- 2 others had the same experience. This location is run terribly and needs new management. If you order from here- prepare for mistakes, overall uneducated employees, and pathetic management. To whoever owns this franchise, you need to clean house and do better.

I ordered a cookie cake with M&M's baked in and the cookie was dry and bland. I called the manager and asked her to please make me a new one and she told me no. I explained to her the cookie was extremely dry and over cooked and she told me I was lying. This location is disgusting and awful customer service. They are only in business because of the foot traffic by Mall customers, otherwise this place would be SHUT DOWN

I'm highly disappointed. I walked up to the counter in person to order a cookie cake for a birthday four days in advance. I specifically requested the "Dallas Cowboys Star" to be on it. When I arrived after my pick up time, my order was "misplaced" and not made. The employee said "give me ten minutes and I'll have it ready." She proceeds to grab a cake and decorate it in front of me. I informed her the color was wrong and the design was wrong and she stated that was "all they had." I tried calling their customer service number they have posted and of course no answer. I prepaid for a pathetic excuse of a cookie cake when I was told they could fulfill my request. No apology and the decorator was so full of herself.

$20 for 6 cookies???Great American Rip-off.LOL. Skip this place. Way better cookies for the same price elsewhere. Much better quality and service from Tiff's Treats across the street, etc.As for ambiance, it is a kiosk at the mall with employees running the kiosk who act like they wish they weren't there.

So you don’t make any double doozies to order anymore? Came here for an m&m dooble doozie and a domino double doozie and was told they can’t make them even though they always have before. Smh it’s time to stop coming here.

Ordered a cake hours in advance. They didn’t make it. I was late to event I was going to. The teenagers running the booth are licking their fingers touching their hair the whole time they are preparing and serving food. Absolutely so gross. If my friend didn’t ask for this cookie cake for her birthday, I would have left. I will not eat this, based on how gross everything is and how unprofessional it is.
